I had to write this review because Tyler went above and beyond with helping me with my exterior paint project. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and got me in and out quickly, as I was on a tight schedule. He’s definitely an asset to this company! Will be back for future projects!

Great service associate was a really nice &. PATIENT person!my husband & I came
Into location & we’re treated with utmost respect,associate was very knowledgeable on exactly what we needed,how to use it and approximation of cost.
Not to mention I left my beloved Stanley mug behind and searched all day not realizing it probably may have been put down while we were shopping. Long and behold & thankfully he had saved bottle, put it aside. When stopped in on my way home from the gym he had it saved and handed it right to me without saying words! Haha! Really a great place to shop for your painting needs . Oh and yes but , they may be pricier(but NOT that much more)than other places.
However their service and quality of products will give you the results that truly you dream of!! 5/5 on stars stellar!!

Helpful team when it comes to getting paint and supplies. But if coming in the morning plan on a wait while your paint gets mixed up. I knew what I needed and it still took 30 minutes .
Parking was mostly in the back with an entrance to the store on the side.
No restroom so plan accordingly for your wait.
Very helpful for your project but come prepared to describe it or you will get good help but maybe just not for what you wanted.

Stopped here to get more paint from Sherwin-Williams after running out. Gave the empty Sherwin-Williams can with all the info to the lady and was told by her that she could not say she could get an identical match since this was originally obtained from another Sherwin-Williams store and that I should travel another 30 minutes to have them do it which I did. After telling my original store my Sherwin-Williams experience at this store they said they never heard of such a thing. Not a happy camper!!

Great experience and excellent service! Tray, one of the sales reps, was courteous, easy-going and an overall great rep and person. The other employees were just as good. I plan on returning for all my painting needs. Highly recommend!

I am giving them a 1 star because they recommended a professional painter. "Greg's Painting LLC". I feel that someone like Sherwin Williams should only ever recommend trustworthy and honest professionals. Greg is anything but that.Greg's Painting was paid over $13,000 to paint our whole home. Part of the job was to remove some wall paper and then texture and paint the wall. All the jobs seemed to be done well at first but within a few months the paint in the areas that the wall paper was started to flake off. It is dry and cracking all over. I spoke to Greg and he said that it must be because the glue was not removed properly when he took the wall paper down. After a while he agreed to come and redo the areas that he made the mistake on. He said he needed a month or so to finish some other jobs first. Over a month goes by and he doesn't reply to my messages or answer my calls. I called from my wife's phone and he answered. He then agreed to come on August 28th to do the job. I called him 4 days before to confirm and he did confirm. He said "I told you I will be there and I will be there!" Today is the 28th and he never showed up, he is not replying to messages or answering his phone. Do not trust this person or anyone who works for him.Update:So you reply saying that you care about this issue but you give me a generic phone number to someone who can not help in anyway. You also gave me an email address that is not an email in the slightest. Your reply has actually made me even more upset
