Great experience and excellent service! Tray, one of the sales reps, was courteous, easy-going and an overall great rep and person. The other employees were just as good. I plan on returning for all my painting needs. Highly recommend!

I am giving them a 1 star because they recommended a professional painter. "Greg's Painting LLC". I feel that someone like Sherwin Williams should only ever recommend trustworthy and honest professionals. Greg is anything but that.Greg's Painting was paid over $13,000 to paint our whole home. Part of the job was to remove some wall paper and then texture and paint the wall. All the jobs seemed to be done well at first but within a few months the paint in the areas that the wall paper was started to flake off. It is dry and cracking all over. I spoke to Greg and he said that it must be because the glue was not removed properly when he took the wall paper down. After a while he agreed to come and redo the areas that he made the mistake on. He said he needed a month or so to finish some other jobs first. Over a month goes by and he doesn't reply to my messages or answer my calls. I called from my wife's phone and he answered. He then agreed to come on August 28th to do the job. I called him 4 days before to confirm and he did confirm. He said "I told you I will be there and I will be there!" Today is the 28th and he never showed up, he is not replying to messages or answering his phone. Do not trust this person or anyone who works for him.Update:So you reply saying that you care about this issue but you give me a generic phone number to someone who can not help in anyway. You also gave me an email address that is not an email in the slightest. Your reply has actually made me even more upset

I went into the paint store to get a can of paint matched up using a 5 year old can. The guy in a blue shirt said he couldn’t get it open and he could do nothing with it. I got home and opened the fan of paint in 10 seconds or less. What a waste of time! I won’t return.

I have had the pleasure of getting the professional assistance of designer Lisa Vickery on a number of occasions while renovating both a house and a condo. She is always upbeat and has extreme patience. Her advice helped me to choose different color schemes that truly enhanced our homes.

Lisa Vickery, this store’s Lead Decorator and color consultant is absolutely excellent. She provides expert advice, teaches you to use the computer tools to personalize colors on your home’s photo image. She is patient, friendly and available. I highly recommend her and this store.

This is a very brightly lit and well organized store. I love how my information is stored in their system and can be looked up easily. The employees working here are very nice and easy to work with. Today I called the store to order a gallon of paint. Apparently I called during a very busy time but I was still treated respectfully! What I was needing was found in the computer, the proper gallon pulled and my color mixed and ready for me when I arrived. The did tell me how busy it was and how long I should wait to retrieve my order. I am one very happy customer!

The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with a color match and also helped in choosing an accent color. They were busy but attentive to my needs at the same time getting other customer’s orders going.They were busy on the phones but kept production running smoothly.Great customer service. A+

I went there for my first time and waited in line for over 30 min for only 2 customers. I figured maybe a slow day with 3 workers. Today I go in immediately grab 2 roller sleeves and wait second in line with 2 females working. After 45 min of waiting I said screw it and left. I watched about 4 other customers leave during the time period I was there. Super unsatisfied with the slow movement. Tarpon. Sherwin has bags resin sealers and frames and check out and out the door in less than 10 min on the daily. I won't be going to the palm harbor branch for anything which in leads to A LOT OF BUSINESS LOST
