Love this place. They have a really great selection and the staff is always happy to answer any questions and sit down and talk to you about specific products or devices. They often run a deal on their quality disposables, which I take advantage of as often as I can one woman who works there in specific is an absolute dream. She talk to me about papers when I otherwise felt embarrassed, not fully understanding everything.

Strange Cloudz is family to me. The Industry discount is so helpful. When i’m having a bad day, this is where i go to decompress. I had a hard time finding friends while getting sober & over the past year i’ve met the kindest sober people who have become my best friends, it feels nice to be able to relate & talk with people who understand. Management & employees are awesome! Trivia thursdays are my favorite nights of the week. ❤️ Best energy around.

The employee with (I think?) dreadlocks gave the first kratom tea for free, now I come there on Mondays and Wednesdays for the half off teas after work. He said a good Google review helps so here I am! Another employee (young man brown hair) hooked me up with a little extra kratom powder when they didn't have a certain amount bag ready for what I wanted. Always have great experiences, and the bar area has a very cool and chill vibe. I could find myself chillin' there for an hour to decompress with a kratom tea after work. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service by the owner!! I purchased a new vaping kit $80 and within 32 days it quit working. Went back to the store and was told to contact the manufacturer to see if they could do anything for me!! Clearly they don’t stand by the products they sell. I purchased from the store not the manufacturer. Basically was told to kick rocks 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ☹️
