Very disappointed! *Account holder for nearly 20 years* The longer some of the team members (which includes the branch manager Sherrie) are allowed to work in this location the lazier they become. Service is a thing of the past here. Is this the new norm? Customers should not have to do all the legwork for a bank holding their funds personally AND corporately. This location should be willing to offer solutions, information on who to work with at a peer location and be a source of convenience not a burden to their members and so quick to "pass the buck". I was just clearly reminded today as to why I moved a huge portion of my assets months ago to South State Bank and to Bank Ozk.

Fantastic bank, been with them since 1980, they know their customers by first name, brings back memories of the community Bank, they take time out to talk to you and answer all your questions. 😋

The absolute WORST bank to bank with! I do not recommend this branch or any of the Truist branches. They have been nothing but a complete nightmare to bank with. Unfortunately I have had a business account here for the past few years and the situations keep getting worse. Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere! Bank of OZK is amazing!

Completely INCOMPETENT all of the tellers. I sat there for 15 minutes and watched them handle customers horribly, they have a send out teller who delivers the bad news of their incompetence to you in the lobby although they also have no inside voices bc you can hear them discuss customers affairs aloud. It was embarrassing to see them as “bankers”
