I'm at the tire Kingdom right now, and I have never been to a better mechanic shop in my life. Jonathan the manager and his technicians took care of me to a degree I cannot put into words. I believe Jonathan should get a raise along with the bearded gentleman that did the tires on my car. I kid you not, these are the most professional men I have met in a long time and I am over 60 years old. I will bring all my business and all my daughters business, and anyone else I can to this location. Thank you so much gentlemen.

The staff did a great job repairing a slow leak I had in one of my tires. They showed me the screw that punctured the tire, and how they were going to repair it. The tire was patched and rebalanced. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

Went to this shop after I tried to fill my leaking tire at a local gas station and it kept losing air. They were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. They took care of me and had me back on my way in no time. It’s rare to get this kind of helpful experience with businesses now a days. Nice to be treated like a human, not just a number. Thanks guys!

Terrible quality. Asked for a tire rotation(30-40 min) took them 2 hours. Next time I come in for balancing and figures out left front lug studs are cross treaded and it is visible that some of the studs were replaced(which makes sense why last time rotation took 2 hours and not 40 min as promised). Additionally, seems like during balancing they rotated the tires again which I didn’t request. Horrible, will never come back.

A few months ago, I had my tires rotated at this service station, trusting that the job would be done properly. Today, my son went back there for a simple tire balancing — and what they found was deeply alarming. One of the wheel’s lug nuts and studs had been completely stripped, meaning that for all these months I had unknowingly been driving with the very real risk of a wheel detaching at high speed. The manager admitted the problem and agreed to buy replacement — but that doesn’t undo the fact that their careless workmanship put our safety in jeopardy. The photos show the damage clearly — and the state of the workers’ nails only underscores the alarming lack of professionalism at this station. I also later discovered that two studs had been replaced previously at my previous visit without any notification to me.
