I was there buying paking materials for a client...boxes, tape, bubble wrap and spent close to $200. The employee who helped me was less than friendly (and knowledgeable) and had a weird way of communicating, not directly answering my questions and barely even looking at me when I asked them. Worse yet, when he helped me out to my car with my purchases, he left before finishing the job of getting all the boxes properly into my van so I could drive and still see out the back window. Specifically,
there were two long wardrobe boxes that he put in last and the way he put them in would have completely blocked me from being able to see out that window.
When I asked him to rearrange the boxes so I could see out the back window and drive safely he said it that wasn't possible and that he was not going to stay there and help me anymore to do the impossible - or something to that effect - and left and walked back into the store without even trying my suggestion. I was shocked at his rude behavior.
(As can be seen from the photo, it was indeed possible.)
Also, I was not given the right quantities of boxes I asked for - was given bundles instead of 10 per size that I requested.
Needless to say I won't be patronizing this business establishment again.

Did not have the trailer I ordered Lisa said I could drive 1 hour to pick it up and if I didn’t like it she would cancel the reservation very rude - avoid this place at all cost

This location and their employees have been very accommodating, friendly and quick. Rachel and John gave exemplary service with product delivery and information. Definitely recommend this location and its employees. Location is clean , well kept and organized.

Ms. Rachel is the best customer service agent I have dealt with! She was kind and understanding! She worked out an issue in under 5 mins and treated me like a friend the whole time! She made my stressful situation a lot less stressful! I am so appreciative of her and she definitely deserves an award and raise! Don’t let her go unnoticed! Thank you so much!!
