Mgr told me she didn’t need to complete and sign paperwork for fingerprints clearly stating she did. Now I’m being told by the agency I sent fingerprints to that they can do nothing with my fingerprints due to form not being completed by UPS mgr. Please advise. Thank you.
Edited to add… I spent money to get these done. Please let me know how to get this corrected.

Cheryl was extremely nice. She was so kind, I was trying to return an MSI controller that malfunctioned and they have really strict and confusing return policies. Cheryl was so thorough and patient and kind and helped me realize the cost to ship it for repairs would be the cost for a brand new controller. Thank you Cheryl!
