Kit or Kat was way too busy chatting with the customer ahead of me to care about the customer next in line. Total management fail. Yes there were other employees who she could have called to help.

Do not use this location. The last 4 items I tried to return to Amazon never made it to the destination, or they mixed up the items and returned to wrong ones to the wrong vendor. I wound up charged for their “mistakes”. I can accept that things happen from time to time but this many items is unacceptable. When u drop the items off they give u a receipt and tell u to keep it for a tracking number. But a few days later you will receive a notification that the item has been delivered. Then a few weeks later after most people think it’s all over and done and have tossed that receipt you find out that the wrong item was returned or it was never actually returned. I called customer service and surprise surprise they can’t help!

Very sweet young man assisted me with several letters. He was respectful, kind and patient. It gets a 4 because it is always busy and at times cramped like a shoe box.

Charged me for a fax that was so blurry and low quality the receiver couldn't even make out the pictures. Very disappointing, will be returning for a refund.

I came on here to see what time the store opens and noticed that the ratings were not the best.. This store is phenomenal. They’re polite fast there is never an issue and of course I’m in there all the time because of Amazon, so thank you everyone for helping me every time I come in.!! I think you’re reading should be a five star!

Like many people, we order a lot from Amazon. Sometimes we need to return things. Our local UPS store is great. Everyone working there is friendly and knowledgeable and we’re in and out in a minute if no other customers are there. We also mail packages to family on multiple holidays each year. The UPS store performs a great service. Waaay better than the post office.

The hours are great, Love that you're open till 7:00 p.m. The people seem to be well trained and very efficient in their jobs which tells me the management trains them well And they are extremely courteous and customer-centric. LOVE UPS STORE East Lake rd !! 👍
