Elan is a wonderful manager the only reason I continue going back to this store is her knowledge, great customer service and how she runs that store. Chris is also a great addition to the store and always appreciate his knowledge as well. They are consistent with their knowledge and kind service. Many times I have had questions that involved my phone or computer and they worked together to fix my issue. Very smart and dependable. I love these people and I will only ever go to this store as long as they are working there. Kind regards. Angie

Came to this store the on Friday to make an Amazon return because my neighbor told me to do it at ups. I never returned anything before from amazon so I honestly didn't know what I was doing. There was a lobby full of people and the staff worked quickly to service everyone. The associate that help me was very kind and patient. They showed me exactly how to set up my return. I do feel they went above and beyond.

I go out of my way to go to this store. It's the only UPS Store that I've had such pleasurable visits. Just the most helpful and friendly employees I've ever encountered. Just love Chris, Elan, Laurissa, and Darcy. Their employer should be so proud of them and all they do to ensure a pleasant experience! See you guys soon and thank you!!!!

The manager at this office refused to give me her name refused to listen to me. I drop off USPS packages to be picked up which they assured me was fine. One of every three packages still shows that it is sitting inside their office. The tracking number never left this location, I like to think that nobody’s stealing, but I believe they’re throwing stuff away on accident… Not to mention, I have pictures showing that packages were given to USPS soaked in liquid The manager I spoke with refused to even take two seconds to look around. She argued with me relentlessly didn’t wanna hear a word. I said I would not drop your packages off at this location.

It’s 9:30 and the door is locked. Staff didn’t show up to open at 9am. Today is Saturday, not the federal holiday that they are closed for on Monday.

Great service. The team here always gets me taken care of quickly whether I'm shipping or receiving, and whittle down any line in no time. All very knowledgeable about all their shipping procedures. Wish they were open a tiny bit later than 6. When I get something delivered here from UPS it is because I would be picking it up after work, and it's a tight window to get in before closing. Usually i have to wait til the weekend.
