I’ve always had a good experience at the Palm Harbor USPS. The clerks are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient, even when the line gets long. It’s one of the few places where customer service still feels genuine. Everything from mailing packages to picking up holds has been smooth and hassle-free.

I called looking for a package I sent to one of their customers. I live across the country and James went above and beyond to help locate the package. He was extremely professional and explained the steps that would be taken to ensure delivery in compliance with postal regulations. Postal employees are overworked and under appreciated. James is a ROCKSTAR!

Without a doubt, we have the worst mail delivery in the state Our mailman obviously cannot read. Either that or the sorting process back at the post office is absolutely awful. Our neighbors consistently get our mail as we do theirs. It's just ridiculous.

Quinton at the Palm Harbor, FL location went above and beyond! I had sent a package from Tennessee to a Palm Harbor address and forgot to put the apartment number on the address. I was sent a notification for insufficient address and package would return to me. I called the local PO in Palm Harbor and Quinton took my information, tracked down the package, and updated the information so that it could still be delivered. He even called me back to notify me that the package was located, updated and would be delivered the next day! I want to thank him for going above and beyond his job responsibilities and helping me!

They’ve always been helpful when trying to attain a package in person that was sent & delayed. They do their best o accommodate as long as you’re patient & understanding. They are understaffed at the front sales area so they have to relay your request to supervisor or someone that csn be of assistance at the time. They’ve Alexa’s been kind, helpful & polite so I can’t give less than 5 stars for their response & effforts!

I've had a great experience Everytime I go. Employees are pleasant. Friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. Give thanks instead of berating. Or get behind the counter yourself and deal with the public. Damn ingrates.

This is a fairly large post office but not well maintained. The postal workers there are ALWAYS kind, considerate, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help people (like advising me to fold my greeting card just a tiny bit so I paid 1.67 instead of 5.75 to mail it - and waiting while I did so.
