I had such an incredible experience at this Verizon location thanks to Reese and the entire team. Although the issue I was dealing with came from a different store, Reese went above and beyond to try and help me untangle a complicated and frustrating situation.
He spent a couple of hours with me—patiently, thoroughly, and kindly—trying everything he could to get things sorted out. Even though it wasn’t their sale or mistake, he still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care, and ultimately pointed me in the right direction.
The whole crew was welcoming and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Reese and team! You made a frustrating day so much better!

Spent three hours at this store last weekend attempting to transfer an existing line to our account. The young representative transferred the line as international (existing line is local), didn’t apply the new iPhone promotion correctly, added a streaming hot spot (not requested) and didn’t add insurance on the new phone which was requested. All problems have since been corrected by contacting Verizon corporate. Employees need sufficient training before being released on the floor to help customers at this location.

I’m deeply disappointed. After shopping at Verizon, I had promised to receive a gift that I never got.
For some inexplicable reason, Verizon sales representatives have provided me with inaccurate information.
A few weeks later, I attempted to rectify all the erroneous information with the Manager.
She was unable to assist me because the individual responsible for the mass was not present at the workplace.
However, she had promised to contact me via text or call the following day after reaching out to him.
She also informed me that I was supposed to receive an Amazon gift card.
Never happened
To whom are the gift cards intended for?
Definitely not for customers.
I never received any of that gift.
Very disappointing.

Had a Samsung A20 with a Walmart Family plan. Phone shut down suddenly, stating no SIMcard in Phone. Walmart allowed me to use their phone to get customer service, but couldn't help me. After spending money for a SIM card, then a new phone, which didn't fix the problem, I was told to go to Verizon as they were the carrier now. Didn't wait long before I was able to speak with Cory (employee). Found out that Walmart Mobile is part of Tracphone and not Verizon. Then Cory spent several hours to get Family Mobiles Customer service to retrieve the information I needed to transfer my information from my old phone into a Verizon Samsung
16. It still took another day to get my phone number transferred because of Family Mobile being difficult. During this whole process, Cory was extremely patient, the other staff members were also trying to be helpful when they weren't busy. Had been with Family Mobile for 10yrs without issues, but when this happened, no one could help me as they stopped working on any and all phone problems two years ago. Heads up...as it was,
they didn't even give me a Verizon store to go to and without a working phone, I got on Rt 19, hoping to find a store and lucked out! A big thank you to Cory and staff for getting me reconnected. Forgot to mention that I was without a phone for 7 days because of Walmart Family Mobile.

The worst experience ever! Manager was rude & said they couldn’t transfer our info due to staffing issues. We wanted to buy 2 new iPhone 16’s. Verizon just lost our business as well as our 12 family members’ business.

What a nightmare, this store will not answer the phone EVER. My upgrade was mired with red tape and secret charges, over charges for multiple things, Be very careful when purchasing a phone here. READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY.......

The Palm Harbor Verizon store helped me today. I was upset about an issue, and I had done all I could think of to fix it. The male manager of that store should be replaced. I've gone to that store many times and he is arrogant and dismissive. The 2 staff members that didn't give up on me due to it being a FB/Meta issue got it solved. Ellie and Cory thank you so much for being patient and exercising every avenue to help me. I greatly appreciate it.

A great experience from Service Rep. Corey- He wonderfully assisted my 90 year old grandparents with their phone. He made them feel understood and added patience and humor. They were in and out in a few minutes with a problem resolution I wasn't able to help them with. Thank you!
