Staff at Country Oaks was very compassionate and caring for a dog they barely had any interaction with in his healthy state. They cared for him and us when the time came to end his life. then we got a new puppy, Marley, a golden retriever. What a handful after caring for the previous older, laid-back Murphy. They provided his health care and vaccinations. He has been boarded with them for lengthy stays on numerous occasions and he's always been happy and energetic when we pick him up. I believe he happily considers Country Oaks and its staff to be his second home.”

“My experience with Dr. Bob Marrazzo and Dr. Kimberly Marrazzo over the last 5 years has been wonderful. They have vast knowledge and provide excellent care to my cats. I had a wonderful 23 year old cat they cared for. They treated him like he was one of their own until he passed away. The staff is friendly, caring and gentle with the cats. I love that the office is calm and quiet for the cats to reduce their stress. Even my most fearful cat doesn't stress out like he used to at other clinics. “*UPDATE* I am very happy with the communication from the CEO, Denise. Immediately reached out to us and took responsibility for the vet's actions. A sincere apology which doesn't happen often these days. As I said before, the staff have been friendly and helpful on our fist two visits. We are definitely going to try again. Total shock at the way we were treated today. Tater, my Frenchy, had his intro meet so he could begin having fun at doggie daycare a few times a week. Little did I know, they do not tell you, that their vet assesses the dogs breeds. I bring him at 7am, call at 11am to see how our baby is doing. Then came the news of this obviously ignorant vet, Dr. Hillary Tieslink, the audacity of this person and this company floored me. I was told Tater was kept in a holding room because she classified him as a Micro Bully and he's not allowed to play with the other dogs. First... are you blind. Second... why the F would you not call me immediately. Third...He's been there two times before when we were inquiring about the place and not one staff said anything like that. But wait there's more. (I tell them I am coming to get my baby right now, how dare they lock him up by himself without consulting me. Were they just going to wait till I picked him up that afternoon?) When they bring him out to me all the staff pet him and tell me how sweet he is. So WTF. Here is a kicker, I go to their page and they have a Frenchy that looks just like him, minus the cropped ears, on their page in an advertisement. Here's a few pics of our Tater, his best friend Oliver the cat. oh and the random dogs he meets on the streets. Ignorance is bliss I guess. Lost a few future customers today.”

“I can’t speak highly enough about my experience today. My cat Lily is 10, almost 11 years old and doesn’t have a good track record with the vet. Today was my first time at Hughes animal clinic and I don’t think I will take my cat anywhere else again. The whole staff deeply cares about animals and the doctor was sharing how this is a fear free clinic and he has literally taken classes to help learn this method so the animals aren’t scared. My cats last trip to our prior vet, she was terrified. She had peed all over herself. She was hissing, biting, and scratching, and our prior vet just didn’t really seem to care that she was so uncomfortable and scared and was being a bit rough with her. I had given her some gabapentin before coming in today due to Dr. Hughes recommendation. Lily was so good with how she handled everything and the staff knew she didn’t handle the vet good in the past so, they gave her a warm towel with cat pheromones to keep her calm. While we were waiting to pay and she was back in her carrier, they put some cotton balls soaked in the pheromones in her carrier so she wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. I feel so relieved to know I finally found somewhere that cares deeply about the animals that come in!! Lily and I couldn’t be more grateful!❤️”
