I went in looking for a gift card. They did have very many. Looked like it need to be stocked back up. They where missing a bunch of the gifts cards. But no big deal the speed was right next door and they had what I was looking for.

I have contacted corporate regarding the pharmacist that was on duty last Saturday. I’m still waiting for a response. Walgreens used to be a very comforting place, no matter where you went. They now accuse you of having false prescriptions just so they don’t have to fill them. And the fact that this pharmacist hasn’t been fired, and I haven’t been called by the manager, I will be seeking a lawyer.

I have called in three times in the last 35 minutes been placed on hold no one ever answered the phone been hung up on four times never even talking to a single person and their pharmacy they deserve their 2.5 rating and it just needs to be lower horrible customer service!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and fails on every level. Customer service is non existent and if you call they're not going to answer the phone but if they do, they place you immediately back on hold. If they are out of your medication ( which is often for me) they have no solutions. They could easily check to see if another local Walgreens has it in stock but why would they actually want to help the customer?

I would not utilize this Walgreens as a Fedex pick up or drop off location. My husband was being sent equipment from his remote job via Fedex to our home, but we were out of town. We used the automated system to have it routed to this store. Received confirmation that it arrived safely and that we had 5 business days to pick it up. 2 business days later, we arrived and they said they did not know where it was. As far as we, and the Fedex case manager we were assigned could gather, someone working the Fedex counter just handed them the box that still had 3 business days remaining for us to come present his ID and sign for it, and just sent it back to the distribution center for no reason. His employer confirmed that they did not request for the shipment to be sent back, so this was all around sloppy and mismanaged. Although the driver has a responsibility in this incident as well, it was very irresponsible and largely inconvenient to put us in this situation when this was a very important parcel. Come here to get your medications and buy items that require simple checkout from a cashier, but do not come here for Fedex services.

Not open 24 hour pharmacy anymore!!!
been going here since 2009, everything OK with pharmacy and other stuff. Went here tonight five minutes after 12 PM, and the sign says open 24 hours, some employees were coming out of store and they said sorry we are closed, and I said you should take that open 24 Hrs sign down, they laughed at me and they said it will be months before that happens. Hopefully the store manager will see this and fix what’s not right!

Not even worth the one star. Absolutely no care in the pharmacy. Was told I can't use a clipped but not expired ID cause my new one was stolen. Now I'm not allowed to pick up my seizure medicine even with social security card and credit cards at "pharmacist discretion". It's nice to know people's health problems are at the hands of this person. Absolutely no wonder why when I pulled up and the inside was full of angry people.

This pharmacy is pathetic. It seems they will do anything to NOT fill a prescription. Constantly cancelling my prescriptions after I submit for a refill or my doctor sends a new prescription. I am not getting these prescriptions for free! I am paying quite a bit of money each time. I have spent many hours trying to get this resolved and I am still missing 2 prescriptions. When I call or go in they act as if it is a bother to them. As soon as I get the missing prescriptions I am moving all of my prescriptions away from this worthless organization. I encourage everyone else to do the same. If they want our business, they should act like they do.
