I just had an extremely horrible experience with an employee named Justice at the photo center. I stopped in for a passport photo and she was immediately not happy that I asked for that And made me feel uncomfortable from the beginning. She told me I needed to tuck my hair behind my ears, I knew that was not the case and not a requirement, and I challenged her on that. She didn’t want to take my picture without my hair behind my ear, so I reluctantly agreed while the picture was processing, I double checked the state departments website and found out that I was indeed correct and I asked her to retake the picture with my hair not behind my ears. she did not want to do it and called the manager. Once the manager agreed that I was correct she still had an attitude and said that she didn’t make it up that it was at one time a rule. It doesn’t matter, it’s not a rule now, and she never apologized for her behavior. then, I get to my appointment that I’ve been waiting for for weeks only to be told that my picture is being rejected because the background is gray, not white. I’m guessing they were supposed to use a flash and didn’t. I don’t know. When I went back into the store, unfortunately, I had to deal with the same girl who was just as rude. The first time I came in the store. She never once apologized. She barely spoke a word to me. What a horrible employee to have run your photo department! I own a business and would be horrified to know one of my employees spoke to and treated a customer this way.

Lazy employees.This is a FedEx drop off. She wouldn’t take my package because it was too “awkward” for her and too big.The maximum length that they can take is 46”.I asked her to measure it. They refused.Here is a picture of my box being measured at FedEx. 46”.She simply didn’t want to take it. Told me it was easier to go to another location…. Easier for her since she is lazy.

I was just in this past week and needed some help with my photos. Kyle came instantly to assist. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Ask for Kyle next time you need photo help. Walgreens is lucky to employ him. ???

Went in for a Flu shot, as someone who has a fear of needles, Keith did an amazing job. 10/10 will always come back. Thank you Keith for making me feel normal about needle anxiety and didn’t feel a thing!

My doctor in error called my prescription to this Walgreens - I could see this on the app - I called to ask them not to fill but transfer to Trinity Walgreens and a man with Indian dialect was very rude and told me to hang up and call the other Walgreens.

Went in today for a booster shot and everyone in the pharmacy area were great. Special shoutout to Linda and Deborah. Deborah have new my shot and was so pleasant to chat with. She made the experience fun. I then decided to do a little shopping in the store thought the cashier guy was great! Such a pleasant experience. Well done to the hiring staff at this location. Your team is awesome! ??????????

The staff at the pharmacy, especially keith and debbie are so helpful and courteous. They answer any questions I have no matter how ridiculous lol. Btw Keith is great with vaccines! Can’t even tell I got one. You are very lucky to have such great staff. There are others that are friendly also but I can’t remember their names. Thank you

usually very nice. but yesterday my sister was made really uncomfortable by a male staff member. he asked if she was 18, then paid for her stuff without her knowing, she got home, realized somehing wasnt there, yet she paid, so i walked in with the receipt so we can get the item, and he said he ate it???? left us very confused

The most friendly staff you'll find anywhere! Vanessa at the front register is amazing and incredibly kind. Keith the pharmacist and his team are some of the most personable folks I've ever come across. They all make this Walgreens feel more like an old fashioned, small town drugstore where they care about you and your well being rather than a cold corporate chain. You guys are the best!! -Natashia
