THIS IS A HUGE SHOUT OUT OF APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO Ms. ANASTASIA in THE PHARMACY AT SANDY POINT & McMULLEN WALGREENS!! Today, I needed an Rx desperately filled and was very emotional about the dx and filling the rx. NOT ONLY DID Ms. ANASTASIA TREAT ME KINDLY, SHE DID SO WITH COMPLETE EMPATHY AND THEN WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO CALL BOOT RANCH WALGREENS SINCE THIS LOCATION WAS BACK ORDERED ON THE SPECIFIC RX I NEEDED. AND THEY DID HAVE IT! Going to the doctor is stressful enough, and then filling the Rx is another daunting & expensive task, especially if you do not have insurance. Miss Anastasia also ran a discount prescription card for me so that I would get a discount at the other store ocation. I can not say thank you enough to Ms.Anastasis for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and overall STELLAR⭐️customer service!!!!! Please recognize her for her AWESOMENESS!!!???????

Cashier smells unbelievable bad, I wasn’t going to do this review but the bad smell of this employee was really disgusting. I’m sorry, but I went to Walgreens for a cure and I end up throwing up! ?

They seem to have many medications other pharmacies don't have? Definitely worth checking if your having difficulty finding a medicine. Why didn't they tell us that the country that let go "killer virus" also makes the pills that keep us alive until 100 years old?

Drive-thru service very slow, picking up prescription. Waited more than 20 minutes. Two cars ahead of me at 7:30

Made a 5pm appointment for a shot… arrived at 4:50…. No one else in line….got my shot at 5:30…no apologies… no nothing…. DISMAL!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is terrible. The guy leaning on the counter when you walk in doesn't say hi kids my butt or anything. He checked my husband and I out and I tried to strike a conversation up with him and he just says yeah. Very rude.When we left I said thank you I hope you have a good evening and your night gets better since you don't seem to care and he doesn't say anything. I won't be back. They need to train there employees customer service or they won't keep any business.

Drivethru was quick and the prescription was filled rather quickly. Payment was simple with their online easy pay and makes it very simple to pick up quickly. Online access and notification by email and text tell you when everything is ready and when it's time to order a new prescription.

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and they always have everything I need and the pharmacist's and the people that work there always answer any of my questions , they're very courteous, knowledgeable and always very go past and beyond of what they have to .I just want to thank you again .KIND REGARDS , S . Scheduled a Covid19 test for 10:00 am. I was told that the results should be available in 24 - 48 hours and was given a website to a lab to track. I repeatedly checked the website that same day and the following day and it kept saying they had not received the sample. By the end of the second day I called the Walgreens pharmacy and they told me that all they do is stick the test in a FedEx envelope and have nothing to do with it. I asked how I could find out if there was a problem since it had been a day and a half and the person on the phone at the pharmacy was very rude and said that he couldn't help me and there was nothing he could do. I can't imagine this is the first time this has happened and while I understand they may not have direct control over things, the pharmacy should have a way for customers to check and at a minimum be helpful and not rude to someone calling.

Poor management. Long wait times.My past experience was that the pharmacy would not refill a prescription until I was almost.out of my medication. It took days for them to get approvals on meds from insurance companies. I left and.i have been using CVS.in Boot Ranch and what a difference in service and med prices. Great and very efficient pharmacy.When I get a call that my prescription is ready its always waiting for me to pick up.Calls to physicians for refills are done right away.The
