Honest prompt and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy me as a customer. I have read some of these other complaints below. All I can say is as a customer I find hard to believe ! I have spoken with a lady named Ona, she has been nothing but professional, and honest with me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.”
“Gave this place a shot at a battery swap and they did it right away and only charged $15. Not sure if it’s the same for most watches but I thought that was very reasonable for my Festina. This is my new watch repair spot from now on. Nice owner, family owned for 53 years. Pretty cool!”
