I used to do my banking at SunTrust right near Wells Fargo but it's been taken over by truest and a lot of the policies have changed including the monthly maintenance fee which is increased greatly Wells Fargo used to be Wachovia where I did my banking but I ended up moving back to SunTrust when it turned into Wells Fargo but now I think I'm going to go back to Wells Fargo

This whole “need an appointment” nonsense is a violation of the terms and conditions that I signed up for when I opened my accounts. I am a large client with several business and personal accounts and I expect when I need to go into the branch to get something done I am not told to get out and make an appointment.

The worst Wells Fargo branch in the area. No one knows what they’re doing here. I was only forced to come because it’s the only branch open on Saturday in the area. Do yourself a favor and save your time and go somewhere else on Monday because they will not assist you and you will have to come back on the following Monday anyways

I've been coming to this branch for couple of months and most times the tellers have been rude and almost seems like they don't wanna help you. Giving me attitude for no reason. I asked for them to deposit my check and the teller sitting down went on and on about how it was "IMPOSSIBLE" to do what I requested.. WHICH I HAD DONE BEFORE AT THE SAME BRANCH but with a different teller. I'm a Latina woman and I felt discriminated against. I went to a different branch the same day and they were able to do what I requested, with no hesitation. I will not be coming here ever again. FIX your attitudes and leave your personal life out of a professional setting. & treat all customers equally, no matter the skin tone or ethnicity.!!!!

This bank is absolutely pitiful and provides terrible customer service. They lie to you when they set up an account telling you they will not charge you any fees but then you end up getting fees for wire transfers or any additional services. Also God forbid you go in to get something notarized absolutely horrible customer service. Add on to the previous review above Wells Fargo quickly sent an automated apology with a number to call once this Yelp review went out. Of course when I called the 800 number they gave me it went to the same general customer service line and no one had any idea what they needed to do to help me. Service at this bank is atrocious I have pumped millions of dollars with three businesses through this bank I am sick and disgusted with the lies and lack of service.
