Today Thursday May 30th 2024 I had a terrible experience at the AT&T retail store located at Palm Springs- 1730 Congress Ave. I visited the store to resolve a billing issue and reactivate my phone service after making a payment through the AT&T app. Despite the payment being charged to my bank account four times by error, AT&T did not show they received the payment, and my service was not restored.
When I approached the sales representative for assistance, Girl with black hair who was in the afternoon shift today and his collegue they were completely unhelpful and dismissive of my situation. They offered no solutions or support, leaving me frustrated and without service.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inconvenience caused by this issue. I expect better from AT&T and hope they take steps to improve their service and address these types of problems promptly in the future.

The staff here are unhelpful, one male worker visiting from another store refused to assist me. Then when a regular store worker Yenni was available I asked her for assistance, right away I knew she didn't speak English well and that's okay. However she doesn't explain well either and that was a problem. My sole purpose for going was to use a Birthday 50% off discount for a case and screen protector. The case was on sale for $10.00 unbeknownst to me the code wouldn't work. I wasn't aware at first the $10 case was on sale until we tried a few times and the code didn't work. That's when the male worker who was visiting the store said I can't promonstack. Okay, thanks. Yeni asks if I want a bag I said yes, she somehow thought I said No and handed me the merchandise. Perplexed I asked where was my bag and with a quick attitude she says I said I didn't need a bag. Okay, thanks. Poor customer experience. This store carter to Spanish customers, maybe they should have 1 English speaking person each shift also. Frustrating experience. December 23rd

On my birthday I bought an iPad, I was very excited and since there wasn't one in the store, I ordered it along with its keyboard. The seller (Marcos) assured that they would arrive in a few days. Days later I received the tablet, but not the keyboard. Days passed and I was going to ask and they told me that it had not arrived, until someone took my annoyance seriously and investigated, to the surprise that the deceitful seller NEVER ORDERED THE KEYBOARD!!! AT&T salespeople are mostly liars and deceivers so that you buy even if in the end they don't support the service. Now they are even going to charge me for the service for the days I had the iPad unused, they really are scammers!!!!????????????????????

Honestly, very bad experience in this place, it is unacceptable, I bought a white iPhone 15 Pro Max, which took 1 month since they did not have it available in that color, and after being delivered to the store it was lost, and no one knows where my phone is, very calmly they recommended that I order it again and wait again, which was quite a long time in fact, or buy it in another color that was available there, and on top of everything, very bad customer service
