They were able to do what Walmart could never get right. Consistent stock of the meds my mom uses monthly. Looks like family owned and very dedicated staff. And they deliver. It's like a dream comes true.

They filled a prescription for my son without every speaking to me, so when my actual pharmacy received the order I could not get it filled. Then they called me to tell me that they would deliver the prescription today for free and when I have attempted 12 times to call. I cannot get an answer and the "mailbox" is full. This is absolutely unprofessional and unethical!

It is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Inefficient, liars. The doctor prescribed my son an antibiotic and prednisolone since Thursday, November 7 and until Monday, Monday 11, the medications have not arrived. After more than 10 phone calls that did not solve the problem, they decided to lie to me and say that since Thursday they had sent the medicines, that another person received it, or that someone stole them ... well, in an hour I will go to look for the medications that from Thursday had to reach my 5 year old son.

If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service, unprofessional staff and apparently management doesn't care. I got hung up on, then when I called back I was placed on hold without even a greeting, and waited over 10 minutes before being hung up on AGAIN. Calling a 3rd time was unpleasant as you can imagine.
