Beware, this company is a scam. Tried to call, email, and text the company after buying a valve body and have had no response in over 30 days. They appear to be out of business. I am going to have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Worst place to order offline from. I ordered a car part last week from their website I paid with debit they took the money from my bank account and now that ups came to drop it off they’re requesting a money order for the exact amount that was taken from my account. I’ve been trying to contact them for about two hours &’ no response. I called the numbers they have on the website two numbers don’t go through. The number that says “se hablamos español” claims to have no knowledge on what company I’m talking about. So unprofessional.

I cant praise them enough for saving me $$$ & time. Carmen did an amazing job being communicative, knowledgeable all throughout my ordering process. I needed a valve body/TCM for a 7A G37 and they were able to source the part (the correct 1) and overnight shipment to me to be able to get it installed. When it was all said and done, it worked perfect and my mechanic even requested their info. Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!

Needed a hard to find part for a 2001 ram 2500. Between a few phone calls, gave them all the correct information on the part and they had exactly what I needed. The part was delayed on shipping out, so they made it right by overnight ing it at no charge to me. Outstanding customer service, (Nicole, ). Would highly recommend this company. I called a dozen places to try and get a VB for one of my cars and every were I call I could not fine it so I contacted CNS transmission parts and behold they had it and more the service was Amazing and recommend everyone to give them a call if you need a part I will be back thinks CNS

The customer service I received was 10/10. Saw their items on ebay but called to see if I could get expedited shipping. The woman who answered the phone went above and beyond to help me and got my order shipped out the same day. I forgot to order a pump gasket also, so I called her back to see if she could add it to the order. She threw it in for no charge and overnighted it free of charge, as the previous order was already shipped out.I can't say enough good about this company and their service! After struggling to find a working valve body and tcm replacement for my Infiniti G37 through various sellers on ebay and amazon I came across this company through a google search and reached out hoping to "talk" to someone who could confirm the right fitment for what I needed. I spoke with Carmen who was absolutely amazing! I first ordered a TCM which she confirmed was correct for my model year but unfortunately didn't work in my car because I realized the valve body in my car was also faulty after installing the replacement TCM. I texted her on 10:30 on a Saturday night thinking she'd get back to me on Monday... she called me 30 seconds later to discuss the issue!! When I explained it didn't work we agreed to try a full valve body/TCM replacement and while she didn't have one she sourced the part I needed through a partner in Chicago and arranged to have it overnighted Monday. The unit arrived Tuesday morning and worked like a charm!! After 2 months of struggling to fix my car and not finding a seller who actually communicated with me about fitment I can't say enough about this company. Thank you!!Service: Transmission
