Drive thru times are ridiculous. In store is just as bad. Pharmacy needs more staff that are trained to complete orders quickly. Many waiting for meds are not feeling well and waiting for extended times doesn't help.

Worse experience!!! People who work here just don’t know what they do. Placed the order to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready in 2 hours. Came to ask about it and got the answer that they didn’t see the order at all. Asked to cancel, but they said no and asked to call customer service. Me? That’s you who don’t know how to do your job. I have the email with the number of the order and my name on it.

It's a CVS. It's right down the street from me. It's easy to run in and grab something I need quickly. It's on the cleaner side. Staff is a hit or miss. There was an incident between myself and another customer a bit back, and the staff just stood there as the man berated me. I'm not saying they had to jump in, but they could have said to take it outside or something along those lines. Instead, they just stood there and had the nerve to laugh. I get it. The guy felt like he had the right to do this, but never let me explain or even talk. Just stood there, berated me while pointing his finger an inch from my face.
Anyway, I got off track. It seems the staff has switched since then, and that is why I said it's a hit or miss. But again, it's a CVS.

I love this cvs, everyone is very pleasant, they greed you as soon as you enter the door. The pharmacy crew is very attentive and friendly.

Pharmacy manager is vindictive and plays games with filling prescriptions. I contacted corporate and they condone her action by doing nothin. This location was way better under previous management.

What happens is that many people are in a hurry and don't see that they are working with great caution, making the recipes, they want the recipe quickly and they arrive and they don't think that they also serve people on the phone. Leave the rush outside, take it calmly because otherwise it will hurt you. give a patatú that pharmacy is very good and very clean OK

Why they are not allowed live sale for bloggers ( online smallbusiness) ? It is extra sale for store without any extra investment....I went to this store in 03.06.23 , 11 am the acociate said I can do any live or video.Store loss at list 300$ sale

If I could give this pharmacy less than a one star, I would I have never dealt with such inconsiderate nasty people in my life. They lie they pretend they don't know. They don't have your pharmaceuticals on time. Then they tell you they never sent you a text message when you've already got one sitting on your phone Saying they have the product. Then they tell you they don't have the product. I broke my arm for days ago. My doctor called in a painkiller. They sent me a message they didn't have it. They would have it by Thursday today's Thursday they have sent me three messages today Each one a lie. The tech was entirely nasty and unprovoked. She lied to me. Then she had the nerve to hang up on me. Unfortunately, I have to deal with CVS because I have Aetna health insurance. If you can use any other CVS do so you don't want to deal with these horrific people.
