Why they are not allowed live sale for bloggers ( online smallbusiness) ? It is extra sale for store without any extra investment....I went to this store in 03.06.23 , 11 am the acociate said I can do any live or video.Store loss at list 300$ sale

If I could give this pharmacy less than a one star, I would I have never dealt with such inconsiderate nasty people in my life. They lie they pretend they don't know. They don't have your pharmaceuticals on time. Then they tell you they never sent you a text message when you've already got one sitting on your phone Saying they have the product. Then they tell you they don't have the product. I broke my arm for days ago. My doctor called in a painkiller. They sent me a message they didn't have it. They would have it by Thursday today's Thursday they have sent me three messages today Each one a lie. The tech was entirely nasty and unprovoked. She lied to me. Then she had the nerve to hang up on me. Unfortunately, I have to deal with CVS because I have Aetna health insurance. If you can use any other CVS do so you don't want to deal with these horrific people.

Went in to buy 2 things. Then looked around for an impulse munchies buy. A few other people in store and the associate decides to follow me around store. Very insulting. Then when I go to checkout, she is standing over me. Made me feel like a criminal. So I just walked out. Will not go here again. Already get prescriptions at another pharmacy as CVS sucks. Only go in every couple of weeks because they send me coupons.

The worst pharmacy ever. What a shame.My daughter needed professional advice because she was stung by the bee and we were not sure if over the counter medication it’s Ok in her case. We were waiting for more than half hour looking at the people inside the pharmacy that were ignoring us. While waiting for the pharmacist that was supposed to help us we noticed that she was talking and laughing looking at computer and us. . It’s a disgrace that this people are working in CVS pharmacy. After we walked out we went to’ Super Target pharmacy in Boynton Beach and pharmacist there was so professional , knowledgeable wanting to help us in any possible way. What a difference.

The service is sucks very bad attitude.Don't wuant to help the patients primary care Dr try to call and help with clarifications on medications before the werkends. No help received back from them the problem is they tell the patients the we Don't answered the phones and that we never send medications etc what ever they want to said to the patient. Very very bad service bad the worse part is the attitude they Don't let you talk.

The worst CVS I've ever been to. Pharmacy workers are rude and incompetent. I was insulted by one of the workers and the manager have heard the conversation did not say a word or apologise for there mistake.

Worse CVS ever .. Waiting time is out of mind .. And friendliness??? Didnt come to this building. They dont wanna help u so they do have to do the extra step. Many times they tell u order ready so u run there all happy to be over and then they tell u sorry not ready yet. Over all sadness here .

after my last trip to this CVS thought I would give them another try. Before no one was the at registers and self checkout was tied up with poor family when they could no scan items. 15 minute wait until employee assistance. This time ,Tuesday 9-23-20, was getting razor blades which must be picked up at the front store counter. Asked manager Curt where boxed medical masks were. he sent me to front of store. got to front no they were next to where manager was standing. got back to front checkout area and wow WOW no employees helping anyone. tried to check out but no one to get my razor blades so could not check out. waited again no employees in sight. waited and finally yelled for help.. line about six people. finally got help. coupon system did not work so had to call for employee again. asked for manager and curt spoke to me. advised him that system does not work unless employee is at front to help customers

This CVS has a strange entrance and exit system; it's just kind of never convenient to exit and inevitably involves an awkward u-turn. Otherwise, it is your standard CVS. I dropped off my prescription; a pharmacist told me they would have it ready within minutes. I was surprised, and she told me they would announce over the speaker when it was ready. After 20 minutes, I went back to the counter to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me... and they had! I wish I had found out from the beginning exactly how long 'within minutes' really meant. During that 20 minutes, I looked around the store. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the natural products they offer, but I also noted that the prices seemed pretty steep. I don't recall their prices being super high in the past; perhaps it is just on certain items. More than once, I have had to find the cashier to check out, but this was mostly late at night.

This pharmacy can never get its' act together. They didn't bother to fax my refill request to my doctor. Claim they didn't hear back from my doctor after she called back twice. Told me at 10:30 my prescription would be ready in less than an hour and and hour and a half later it still isn't ready. Never come here, especially if you actually need your medication.
