I had a good experience with Extra Space overall. Kim and staff were friendly and helpful, unit was a nice size to accommodate my belongings, and monthly cost was perhaps less than other storage companies, so that was a plus. I just would’ve liked for there to have been lighting in the unit. Other than that I was overall very pleased. 👍🏽

I have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. We have kept our things there for eight years. It is clean and the office staff have all been wonderful to us. I’ve just cleaned out one unit to move into a smaller unit and it was a seamless process. Thank you very much.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don't store your stuff here. Price is constantly raised. Even after 2 YEARS of renting a storage unit. Just moved my stuff out and left some very little garbage. And I mean a card board box and a printer. And they tried to charge 200 hundred dollars if I didn't come and throw out whatever was in there. I get there, I get the stuff out and ask to throw it out in their DUMPSTER. And the big guy, jolly green giant lookin dude, at the front desk tells me if I throw anything in the DUMPSTER unit, wich is there FOR garbage, that he would charge another 200 dollar fine. After 2 years of keeping my stuff there they wouldn't let me throw a little bit of garbage in the dumpster. Don't trust them when they say the price is guaranteed. Its not. Your better off anywhere else

Kim was pleasant and great at her job. We switched to a larger unit and she made sure the proximity of it was close to our small unit for ease of moving our stuff. Pricing was great, too.
