Did not have the PS5 but the staff is awesome. I got elder rings and a few more stuff and the staff hook me up with all I wanted except the PS5 and we all know that's Sony fault still taking a star away for not have a item I wanted.

Definitely a knowledgeable staff but there are no deals there. You’ll pay twice what you paid originally new for a used 10 yo game.Ebay from now on.

Best location!!!! The staff there are always knowledgeable about what's new and anything gaming really. I just bought a PS4 pro it was refurbished and works great. Thank you to the 2 fellas that helped my husband and I you guys are awesome. Will be back soon!

the manager of the place stole some hearing aids of play stacion that I give him a few weeks before so that when the new merchandise arrived I would change them with another after safe pay insurance. and he say that i not give them and do not want to see the security camera of that day and also tell that i was a liad and i los my money never going back dear

The management & staff at this GameStop are the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping with. Bob is the man & his crew are great just like him. If you don’t like the GameStop you currently use then I can promise you will not find a better one anywhere! Customer service is above & beyond!
