I made an online appointment through their website which apparently contains incorrect information as to available time slots. A message was left informing me that this appointment was not available which is fine but then instead of waiting for me to get back to them about when I would be able to come in they just rescheduled my appointment without any input. Once I realized that this was not going to work for my schedule and they confirmed that the appointments they had available were not suitable I told them I would go elsewhere. Instead of closing this out they have proceeded to reschedule me and call me again asking why I did not make it to my appointment. The lack of two-way communication, organization and online transparency in their scheduling process makes me doubtful I will be utilizing any of this branch’s services in the future. This has never happened to me before at any other location and I have been using their services for years.
