The following location does not deserve a star. I personally went with my friend to this place that is a mechanic shop. First of all he was selling a car that he posted on his social media. My friend was looking for a car that was reliable for her 70+ mother. He promise us that it was a great car. She was not expecting for a new car feel she was expecting for a car that if her again 70+ mother gets in to go run her errand that she would not be left there to worry about how she will get home. The minute that we took the car and drove off she started having issues. Car shut off in the middle of the road as she was at a light. It turn right back on so we did not think much of it. A few more blocks down the car shut off again. At this point we realize that she would give the owner a call back to explain that there was an issue with the car. We took it back to him the next day. With no word from him we went back the next morning and left the car there so he can look over it. Three days went by and still no responds. My friend was willing to leave the car there and pay for repairs again she need a car for her 70+ mother. He told her that he would have his guys look more into it. my friend was okay with that. She called him back before the end of the day and he then stated that the camshaft needed to be replace and to leave the car there and that he would replace it. So she agree. With an open commination on my friends end not so much his. She went three days later to pick up the car. He said that the part was change and that she once again had a great car for her mother. Mind you this was our lunch break and we picked up the car and went straight back to work. the car never moved until my friend had to go home. About two miles down the road. the car shuts of again. We took it to a different mechanic and that gentleman said that part was never change. When my friend call him he was nothing but nasty to her. I'm writhing this so that everyone is aware if he can do this with his cars that he sales please note that he can do to your personal car that you may bring to him. Please run from this place.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS AUTO REPAIR. These Auto Repair shop is terrible. I purchased a vehicle from him for my mother. He told me the car was great. I had the car for not even a day and it just turned out on me in the middle it traffic, I almost got hit by a truck because of it. I called him he told me to bring the vehicle back I brought it back with a diagnostics test which said the camshaft was bad. He told me he would fix it. He kept the vehicle for 4 day when I came back to pick it up I thought everything was fine. I left got 20 minutes away and the vehicles turned off on me again. I called him and told him I wanted my money back he said no. Please save your self and don't go to this auto shop that are no good at all.

Can’t say enough good things about this place . I’m not a local and took a chance on stopping to ask for help. My Cadillac DTS broke down on me leaving me stranded . The owner Brian and his son were able to find the problem and went far and beyond to ensure my car was 100% before leaving .
My car runs like a new caddy now.
Highly recommend A+++
and they explained every issue and made sure they didn’t leave any unresolved issues before I got back on the road.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't take your vehicle here unless you want to be ripped off and cursed at. The mechanics will lie and make excuses and call your vehicle crap because they can't fix it. If you value your time and money, don't bring your vehicle here.

I had an alarming experience at Palm Springs Automotive that I feel compelled to share. During my recent visit for a condenser replacement, a staff executed the repair by cutting my vehicle's battery terminal and improvising a hot wire to connect it to the ** compressor. This makeshift solution resulted in an immediate fire in the engine bay right after picking up my car.Upon confronting *****, the owner, with photographic evidence of the fire and the faulty work, he flatly denied any responsibility. Instead of taking accountability, he suggested that I file an insurance claim for the damages caused by his team's subpar repair job.Frustratingly, when I brought my vehicle back to address these issues, it languished in their yard for days without any attention. ***** prioritized assisting other customers who arrived after me, leaving my concerns unaddressed.Now, seeking repairs from a more reputable shop will set me back over $2,000. This entire ordeal has not only cost me financially but also eroded my trust in Palm Springs Automotive. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise seeking automotive services elsewhere.
