At Palms, the owners, pharmacist and technicians are outstanding, friendly and helpful. If you can use this pharmacy do not hesitate!!

This is one of the reasons I stay in West Palm Beach. There is nowhere I've ever been where I have such service and helpfulness. As at this pharmacy, the people here are like family almost. They are so friendly and helpful.If I say helpful, I can't say helpful enough!!! I've been coming here 5 or six years and only have wonderful experiences. Any questions you might have are answered promptly and with courtesy, and in great detail if you wish. Again, it's just like an old time pharmacy. You might have seen back in the eighteenth century, really, really wonderful.Who says such things about a pharmacy but it's true 👍

This is the best pharmacy in town, the staff is extremely professional, they always treat you like family not a number like the big commercial pharmacies that have you waiting for ever and a day. I I've been going to Palms for years and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend

Horrible experience. Was given the wrong prescription 2 times. I was over charged for my prescriptions. The pharmacist Brian said he would meet me after work to give me a controlled substance. He’s been giving me meds without prescriptions as well. Extremely unprofessional. I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting this pharmacy to the DEA for non compliance.
