400k were stolen from a checking account & this bank refused to reimburse almost all the money. Don't put your money in pnc, pnc is a thief!!!!!! They only reimburse 90 days. That's only 10% of the money

Don’t waste your time! I have been with PNC for years. On my most recent trip to this branch I was surprised when I walked in and they had built a wall where the tellers used to be. I had several thousands of dollars in cash and was redirected to the atm on the side of the building! What a shame

Just know this is not a bank with any cash or a teller! I assumed it was PNC bank not PNC ATM hence the name you have.There is only a ATM here so you need to update your title and description so people don’t waste there time driving here like I did ?

I went to the PNC Bank on 10th and Congress in Palm Springs. I was looking to get some statements from my business account. I went inside, passing the Hispanic on my left in the customer service area this was on (04/4/22). He was on his computer tapping away. I sat down, waited for a few minutes hoping that he would finish. Then a female customer came in and spoke to him in Spanish, he uttered in English, "sure have a seat". At this point he came from around his desk came over to me and asked what i am here for, I mentioned that I was here for a statement, his reply was " let me see if I can find someone to help you" he went away and came back and said no one is avail just yet. I asked him, does that lady had an appointment he said yes with a grin on his face. He was so caught up being prejudice that he did not know that I speak and understand Spanish, to the point of understanding that the lady did not have an appointment. She came in and asked Puedes ayundarme con un problema con mi cuenta , por favor? translate. Can you help me with an issue with my account please. So my astonishment is that he took her concerns before me, who was sitting and waiting to be served, and have an obvious disability. I have friends who work at PNC Bank, and I always thought PNC was one of the best branch, but this kind of discrimination is just sickening to be happening to today's society. I hope corporate read this and send that guy back to training.

This is the worst location to do business with. You will stand there while 5 people behind the counter stare at you talking to each other. They finally told me I had to call and make an appointment for the notary due to covid. I looked around and said there’s no one here? Then they decided it was because that person, Geo, was at lunch. I walked out tried to call them back to make the appointment, of course no answer. So how do you make an appointment?If you don’t want to be a brick and mortar bank then go online only. Don’t advertise a service you don’t actually have. I’ll be looking into other bank choices where they value their customers.

Extremely slow customer service. I have never been through the drive through in less than 30 minutes. For the fees that they charge they should have all lanes open not just one and occasionally two. I feel this bank has no respect for their customer’s time. I would recommend you stay away from this bank and use a smaller local bank that actually cares about your time and business.

After monthes of coming here I finally met the "supervisor" Paola.... She is EXTREMELY RUDE! Ill find another branch to go to because she is disgusting and rude and gives no explanations when asked a question!!! Yall need to look into her attitude.

This Branch is the best especially the Branch Manager Gaby and Teller Iliana. Two beautiful successful woman giving exceptional customer service. PNC Bank needs more employees like them. Especially the branch on Forest hill and Kirk sheesh you need an appointment there just to make a deposit. Anyways this Branch deserves more than 5 stars and all of their employees deserves a raise.
