Terrible service, they did not attend to me because it did not appear in the system when I did call and make my appointment, they made the same request twice

This was my first time going to a Quest and i am beyond satisfied with their service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Facility was clean, check in was easy, everything was already in the computer, she got the vein at first pole and i was out.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Wildly incompetent staff. Charged me $50 when my insurance actually covers it and I should have paid $0 (now I get to go through the nightmare of trying to get reimbursed). Horrible phlebotomist—she couldn’t explain why I was being charged when I asked for an explanation, she was listening to music with an earbud in, and did a horrible job drawing blood—it hurt way more than usual, and my arm is already sore. Definitely choose a different Quest.

They've updated the layout since my last visit. The waiting area is bigger and not cramped. They've upgraded to sign-in kiosks.

We were told that a simple vaccine titer would cost $129 then got a bill for $345. Never again. Avoid this company!

Hello I had appointment on 8/5 at 8:20am on 3401 S Congress Ave Suite 107, Palm Springs, FL 3346. I went there and I was in the line for almost 2 hours. Finally my turn; and one lady took me inside and poke me 5 times to find my vein. She couldn't find. She called her coworker Amica and she did 5 more times. Finally she took my blood test. She said or sarcastic way please put some ice when you get home, you will get some bruise. I came home my hand was blue and I received the call from this number +1 (561) 596-1953 and it was from Amica, she said that my blood turned bad and I have to repeat next Saturday. She said that I don't need appointment, she will leave the message to lady name America and she will take care of me. Again, fasting for second time, one more nightmare, I went there following Saturday, I saw the nurse calling people and I try to explain here situation from pervious Saturday and I just came to repeat my test because it wasn't my fault. She didn't even want to talk to me, she blow me away, she said I don't know who called you but without appointment you are not getting inside. I was shocked she said look all this ppl all of them go first and then you ,when we do not have more appointments. I felt so disappointed, almost start crying, fasting for 15 hours again and felt that will pass out, but who cares, they are following their appointments. Finally after an hour I got inside, try to explain situation and showed receipt from last Saturday and told that been poke for 10 times and if she can use other hand. She start laughing and telling me 'I will never let anyone poke me 10 times'. I told her do I have choice in which hands I will get when I arrive there, all kids work in this location. I ask her what is your name mam? She said Shaila but I don't work here, I got little bit surprise If you are here you are working for Quest, doesn't mean from witch location they send you for. And I left. I will make sure to contact corporate office and address this to make sure no-one experience what I did for two times. It was horrible. I will never use there service again.

Was a little nervous about what to expect with all the poor reviews, but I have to say I was really happy with my experience. I was taken fewer than 10 minutes past my appointment time, and Mercedes was exceptionally kind, gentle, and thorough during my visit.

I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had with Quest Diagnostics.I had an appointment scheduled for today at 12:40pm and I arrived early, checked in on time and sat in the waiting room. There were people ahead of me who were waiting for thier appointments and due to their long wait time, they walked up to speak to the nurse who would occasionally come out to assist. That nurse then went to lunch and another nurse came out and tried her best to assist and make sure we were all in the system.I explained to this nurse that i was pregnant and fasting and I asked if she saw my name on the schedule coming up soon because my appointment was scheduled for 12:40pm and at that time it was 12:58pm. That nurse went to the back to check for me and another new nurse came out, her name is Jen or Jennie, I wasn't able to get confirmation since they dont wear name badges. Jen came out and examined the waiting room and said with an attitude "I dont see any appointments on the schedule so all of y'all must be walk-in appointments!" A man standing near her at the kiosk said "no my appointment was for 12:40pm".Then from my seat in the waiting room I said "my appointment was also at 12:40pm" and I asked her if she saw my name on the list. She then proceeded to speak extremely rude and disrespectful to me in front of the whole waiting room saying "well you didn't give me your name, dont come at me with an attitude". She then said some other things under her breath to me as well.I looked around at the people in the waiting room with me and we all were shocked at her behavior, everyone witnessed it. The nurse who originally went to the back to check to see if i was on the list had made it back up front at that point and she even had to tap Jen/Jennie and she told her "ok enough enough" and then Jen/Jennie stormed off to the back.I then had to continue to wait and wasn't brought back until 1:26pm. Mercedes ended up doing my blood work and she was amazing and very kind!I have officially filed a complaint to report Jen/Jennie's behavior and if necessary, I will be escalating this matter to corporate until some form of corrective action conversation takes place between management and Jen/Jennie. I was told someone from management would contact me within two days. Jen/Jennie's behavior and customer service was terrible and I'd hate to see how she treats other patients.Although my nurse Mercedes was amazing, I do not recommend this location at all, try the Lake Worth location!

All I needed was to drop off a sample. I already had a referral slip printed out. There was no option for this on the touch screen check in pad. After waiting in the lobby for a while, the employee finally sees me through the glass door. She’s at the end of the hall, but is seemingly coming to my end to open the door and talk to me. She stops RIGHT in front of the door, doesn’t open it, and proceeds to have a conversation with another employee until 3:58.Finally, she opens the door and tells me that they’re closed. When I tell her I’m just dropping off a sample, she says there’s no time to put it in the system even after I explain all she has to do is scan the slip.
