I am a former Ross worker, if you plan to work here, think very carefully and make sure that you are in the system from day one, because they have the habit of placing you in the system a week after you have started and when you go to complain they go crazy and I'm not the first one this has happened to, my husband went to talk to the manager because he saw that they were taking advantage since two months had passed and they hadn't paid me, the manager got angry, then she said that my husband threatened her, But since they are thieves, when you tell them the truth, they make us look like the bad guys, and now while investigating I realized that I am not the first one they have played this trick on, I wish you luck and pay attention.

It looks and sounded like a bomb went off in there. Never again. I apologize to Amazon for ever shopping at Ross. Not a single item matched the hanger it was on. Size 36 hanger? Size 44 pants. Size XL hanger? Size Small shirt. There was more merchandise laying on the floor than on the shelves. People in every aisle talking on the phone while picking up merchandise, then tossing it on the floor. On top of the hideous condition of the story, there was a fire alarm going off the entire time. Nobody seemed to notice or care. It was as if I was the only one who could hear it. When I finally found what I came for, I jumped in the checkout line that was 14 people deep. One register was open! One! This place is a psychological experiment to determine how much torture humans will take in exchange for reasonably priced goods. It wouldn't have surprised me to see a chicken roaming the aisles. I'd imagine that this is what shopping in Haiti after a hurricane looks like. I'd rather go naked than ever step foot in this Ross ever again. Be warned! The staff seemed friendly. The fitting room associate was helpful.

Absolute Worst Ross Ever
This establishment is completely unorganized, chaotic, and a huge safety hazard. There is way too much stuff in this store, no aisle space and items everywhere all over the floor and stacked on top of each other. It is hard to shop or find anything there. The line was an hour long and extended to the back of the store. You must pay attention to your receipt when purchasing things. Check the receipt and the tags. Because the cashier was lazy, when the items scanned did not populate ir have a "Ross Price" tag, she input random codes/numbers AROUND the same price of the items, not the exact price nor item names remotely close to the item description. Because they were items bought for someone else, if they did not fit, I planned to return them or exchange them for a different size. Her laziness and lack of work ethic made that impossible. So im stuck with items that do not fit, nor can I return or exchange them. That's poor business and customer service. I do not recommend this Ross it is by far the worst I've been to.

The supervisor on today's shift who is supposed to provide good customer service treated me very badly and told me that the return line is the same shopping line, when I am tired of going to the Ross store and it is not So she told me that she was the one who changed it because she wanted to, all of that was with maka attitude and bad form.
