So I had an okay experience here this weekend. Went in with my husband to upgrade our phones on Saturday. Waited a bit since there was only 3 people working (whatever I don't mind waiting). The lady that helped us had no issue selling two new iPhone 15s pro max to us. But after all was said and done she asked if we wanted her to transfer all our information over. Well yes, I would think that service came with a new purchase, right? Especially since I told her we both wanted to upgrade our phones. So I responded with yes, please! She said that we would have to return the next day because she was getting ready to leave in 40 minutes and she wouldn't have time. I asked her what time would be good and would she be there at that time? She said, yes, they open at 10AM. We went the next morning at 10:30 and she was not there and was helped by a young lady after I explained what I was there for. She asked for my receipt, which the lady didn't give me. I did appreciate the assistance from the new young lady but I did feel though that she wasn't to thrilled to have to finish the work of someone else just because they didn't want to spend their last few minutes helping a paying customer with something that should automatically be done. Mind you, it must have taken 30-40 minutes to transfer the information over from the old phones to the new ones.

I made the mistake of grabbing an iPhone 11 cell phone and I paid $120 and I regretted it later. I went to return it 4 days later and they had to refund me $70. I waited almost a month and called and they said they wouldn't refund me anything. Well, how about the cell phone? It opened in the store and I didn't even use it wow. that the phone is no longer sold at the original price ??♂️ that was on December 24 and four days later I returned it. Besides, the person who helped me spent a lot of time chatting with his girlfriend on the cell phone. What a lack of seriousness? it was an iPhone 15

I came in on Saturday to port my T-Mobile Cell phone number off an old family plan and start a new T-Mobile plan for myself. Apparently, that is asking way too much. As of today, my number is still not working/ported over correctly. No one can call me because my phone number is connected to nothing. The staff here is completely lost. I will probably cancel everything and move to Verizon. I do not recommend.

The manager here sucks ! She’s super rude and racist. She was extremely rude to the Haitians that were in the store at the same time we were. She lied about promotions and played my mom. My mom doesn’t have a social as she just came from Colombia, but she said she could create the account anyways. Shortly a few weeks after her service stopped working. When we went to the store to ask why , she said that it was because she had no social, but it was working for a few weeks so I don’t get it. I complained and complained and we received a horrible response. “You should be lucky we were able to do anything because she doesn’t have a social.” We should have just went to metro or boost mobile. That lady is a scammer and shouldn’t be managing any store. When I went back to the store to speak to the manager she hid in the back and sent a rep to handle it. The rep couldn’t help us. Horrible. Run ! Do not believe these liars.

If you are not Hispanic do not even bother they are very rude and don’t even try to speak English I waited in line for a hour and the employee let their family member come in and skip the line

Never ceases to amaze me every time I go to this T-Mobile location there's always four or five people on staff nobody has any idea what's going on nor do they care to help any of the customers. I recommend staying away from the store and going to the store on Lake Worth and jog or any other location as the 10th avenue in Congress is horrible. I walked in there was two guys standing behind the counter holding hands I actually thought they were going to kiss they were so close at times. They told me it was going to be a little bit of a wait why one guy stood over the other guy and held his hand and caressed him while he was trying to fix this lady's phone. One guy kept looking up at me and eyeballing me which made me uncomfortable. Meanwhile one girl walked in so there was two girls hiding in the office but nobody out there to help me so after waiting around 5 or 10 minutes I had no problem leaving and just riding a review about the place which is consistently the worst location in South Florida. T-Mobile you need to get a handle on your staff and get everything together and not be such a conglomerate that just takes advantage of everybody by charging taxes and fees and ripping off the world. Seriously you can take a hint of my sarcasm but just stay away from this location do yourself a favor.

This is a great spot if you are trying to get a good customer service experience! Yilian took care of me and she was very helpful explaining everything about T Mobile services and what I was looking for! I was very happy since I was able to get my home internet only 50$ a month with no changes on the price! Stop by and ask for Yilian, she will get you exactly what you need!

The music is so loud that’s probably why they cannot hear the phone ringing. I called nearly 7 times just to inquire about if my phone was there, no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. You walk in the store and the employees look at you like you are at the wrong place or something. ? Would not recommend

Staff is very rude especially a female who treated very nasty after I asked her if she could please let me borrow a charger since I forgot mine at home and needed help to set up my phone. Very bad experience I had today.
