i have been coming here for a very long time & my go to person is Sam! everyone here is awesome but my personal preference is Sam. he’s great at what he does and he takes his time to understand everyone’s shape, form, etc. definitely recommend TT’s nails :)

Since TT sold her business to someone new it has gone to crap. The new owners have cheapend their product. Nails done with mix matched colors and arguing with customers. My wife wanted the same color on her hands and feet, 2 different whites, one nail was smudged so he repaired it with the white that was on the feet, an off white. Not the white white on her hands. Fail. TT had a very good repor with her customers, my wife was a client for 20yrs. These people just think they can do whatever they want and treat clients like garbage and make money. Sorry, doesnt work like that. My wife and others have moved on and just from the foot traffic I saw Sunday they are loosing customers. She would never ever go on the weekends because it was always packed, now, you can walk right in. Its a shame, was a good place.

There is this lady here that always does my toes that seems like she is blind and cannot see out of her glasses. She just does such a terrible job every time I go there and every time I go back I think it’s going to be better and it’s such a letdown. Not to mention ever since TT and her husband left, the staff decides new rules how to run their salon every single week. There’s maybe one or two people that do nails good at the salon and the main guy they have doing nails now was available but he couldn’t do my nails because I wasn’t getting acrylic. He could only do my nails if I was doing powder or acrylic obviously looking for higher price tag service services. And not to mention, he literally did regular gel nails on me more than a few times in the last few months, but today, that’s not his thing. I’ve been a loyal customer at the salon probably for the last 10 years. I always tip the staff so well and it used to be a great salon. It is just terrible. I would not recommend this place. Go anywhere else but here.
