Thris stores awesome, I'm always bringing my stuff in the mail out as I own a drone business and stuff is always coming and going. Every single time I take it to the store without fail. They always have a solution and they're super nice especially the super cute one with the glasses who's always so sweet to me. I can't recommend this store enough.

Toke a package last month,the girl said she had no tape so I went Walmart and bought I’ve been going to this store for over 20 years Never had such bad service.Toke a Amazon package back today in the a blue box with the label and was told they don’t take any boxes unless there brown. The girl so rude acts like she is the owner

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing team at this UPS location. My son had purchased several items from Amazon that needed to be returned, and I wasn’t sure how the process would go. But thanks to the incredible service I received, everything was resolved quickly and smoothly.
Both the young lady and the gentleman working there were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They guided me through the entire return process with so much patience and care. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made all the difference.
It’s not every day that you find people so genuinely willing to assist. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service — I truly appreciate it!

Amayah and Alex were very helpful and personable. They offered to help me with my return despite not having the proper box. They repaired my box and completed the shipment professionally and with a smile. Great service and well run store.

I will never use this store for my shipping again. They delivered my package to the wrong address that cost me 30 dollars to ship and the picture they sent isn't the house it was addressed to. This store even denied my claim and won't reburse me what I paid to have it shipped. Be aware of this place the owner will deny your claim when UPS messed up and delivered to the wrong address. I hope whoever got my package of stained glass sun catchers , made by me , enjoys them. Very disappointed in this store.

so I drove in a hurry to get to the store before 7 PM because the sign says they close at 7 PM and I walk 658 and two girls are standing there watching me standing at the door and ignoring me and then they were waiting on a customer and told me that I got there at 7:02 when I’m standing at the door at 702There for four minutes. I had a simple Amazon return and I can’t get over how damn lazy people are. I work for a bank and even our sign says we close at five we stay open till 505 in case a last-minute customer comes in to accommodate them and for a simple skinny a barcode these lazy ass kids don’t wanna do anything. It’s just astound me, but whatever I’ll never go there again.

Convenience is king. Dropping a return off on the way to work at The UPS Store, and it taking less than 4 minutes inside the store is huge.
