The pharmacy here is awful. Every single time I fill a refill or have my doctor call in refills it takes days. Literally to get my asthma inhaler. Days it's in a box on the shelf for God sakes absolutely so upsetting everytime.

Terrible attention from the manager. They called him because the cashiers didn't have change to give. I waited until the point of saying I didn't want the product. and when they saw my reaction the other cashier decided to give me the change in cash because they didn't do that by letting me wait so long. ??

The pharmacy is ripping me off making me pay 3 times my dr sent a 90 pill script but in stead of giving me my whole script they will only give me 30 a day charging me 3 times for my co pay when it should only be one copay it’s a 90 pill script who gives you the right to brake my meds up so you can charge me 3 times

PLEASE please take your business to a worthy pharmacy ?? These “professionals” have time and time again failed to properly do their job, without hesitating to close their windows the second meal time starts. There is no accountability on their part when they drop the ball. You are at their mercy and there could not be any less compassion for their customers than what they display at this Walgreens. Please take your business elsewhere.

This Walgreens is bad. Incompetent and unhelpful staff. Bad attitudes. Always a problem getting your prescription and always tell you they are out of stock on OTC stuff. Go to the other Walgreens, run from this one.

The recent experience I've encountered with this Pharmacy today was the worst. Mind you, I've been refilling 1 script via telehealth and I missed 1 month. I decided to start back and these incompetent fools decided to run through my insurance. Why would you do that when I've always paid cash? I called today to check because I didn't receive normal email or text confirming refill received and in process. I got the run around, placed on hold 3 times without saying, I apologize for the lengthy hold, I'm still researching, may I place you on hold while I continue? That would've been the correct professional way. Hung up and called back. I thought the issue was cleared up, claimed my medication will be filled today if all medication is avail. I asked if it's in and if not please send to another store. I was advised in stock and will be filled.I was over it. Well it's late, no email, no text, no phone call. I will walk in to handle this.

At this Walgreens the pharmaceutical service is the worst I have ever encountered. These people do not want to work, you have to buy the medicine from the supplier they have if it suits you, otherwise they are not able to get supplies from other suppliers whose value of the medicine is cheaper and accessible for people with fewer resources, they are not interested if do they sell or not? In particular, I made an appointment for a COVID vaccine and they started justifying that the system had gone down. When they saw that I had an appointment and a confirmation number, they said that they had been asking for health insurance for 3 days to get that vaccine, otherwise I would have to pay for it. I went to another Walgreens nearby and they told me they were not charging for the COVID vaccine nor were they asking for insurance. Draw your own conclusions.

Worst experience ever. And I've dealt with pharmacies nearly every day for 10 years in my line of work...Ran out of my allergy meds 3-4 days early, so my insurance refused to pay until today. I've been going back and forth with them, my doctors office, and the pharmacy since I ran out. The staff was severely lacking in empathy, even after I drove all the way to the store yesterday-- BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS - covered in hives and desperate for relief. They didn't offer a few doses to get me through or ANY other solution. Only attitude and excuses! This morning, when I called AGAIN to check on the status of the meds, they told me they were in the middle of working on them. I received a phone call 2 hours later stating that one of the meds was out of stock. So unbelievable. I will no longer be using this store, for any reason.

Always went here to drop off FedEx stuff never an issue. Until, the other day an older lady came over to help with a nasty attitude, I showed her the barcodes on my phone like always and she said “I don’t care what you have I have to use another code” she proceeded to scan the wrong codes because FedEx never received my items and I had to go through a whole ordeal with FedEx over the phone to get my money back. I should have called her supervisor right then. I understand people go through stuff in life but you still go to work and it’s no one’s fault if you’re going through something or hate your job. I’m 9 months pregnant and she didn’t even care. Extremely rude. Second time I go here and have to deal with nasty employees. Never again. Finding another Walgreens.
