Tips cut off the air hoses

Last Tuesday I was out a little later than normal, I’ve decided to go grab something to possibly snack on around 11pm-ish. When I went in, there was 4 workers just hanging around. I get it cool lots of dead time especially around that time however, when I went to the screen to order something, they had absolutely nothing available for me to order. No food or drinks. I was literally forced to go out the way to drive to Congress and Forest Hill where 1. It was super packed, 2. The screens to order from had everything available to purchase and order. 3. I got exactly what I wanted thanks to the Wawa on Congress. This isn’t my first time having to go out my way to a different Wawa because they had taken off everything on the order screen. I get it maybe there’s a specific time they have to maybe reset and clean up or swap out food. I’m not sure however they were all just hanging around talking to each other which I wouldn’t even have cared if I haven’t been forced to go out my way multiple occasions,I don’t think it’s fair. I love this Wawa the majority of the staff is super attentive and respectful. Always welcoming however when it comes to the late night it’s very inconvenient.

Very disappointed in Tyrese he made the mistake of putting my gas purchase on wrong pump when I went inside to tell him to start the pump he told me he put it on another pump and someone already pumped i explain my card has been charged i need gas he took me through a hour of back and forth even made me show him my bank account where I've been charged as proof even though he had the receipt in hand which he bald up he continued ringing several customers before getting a manager involved im not sure if he was high or sleepy from a long night shift but I will be reaching cooperate and never returning to this store

I don't appreciate being belittled by employee, Andy, for buying alcohol at 12:30. Its bad enough I have to ask somebody to open the cooler for me, but then hearing that really makes me want to take my business somewhere else.

Horrible service. Curbside pick up is just joke. Fill your tank because you will wait for good time.

The smell is horrible and the coffee station is always dirty. But that smell seems unsafe for employees to have to inhale that for hours. I almost threw up just getting my food and I almost didn't get it bcuz of the smell but I had already paid for it on the app so I just got it and left. Not cool man, not cool.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ciera, an absolutely phenomenal employee at Wawa. Her energy and personality are unmatched. She greets customers with genuine warmth, knows exactly what she’s doing, and takes the time to help if you’re unsure how to order. She even made sure my coupon was applied correctly that attention to detail really matters.
But what touched me most was her compassion. I saw her recognize a regular customer and compliment a young boy, who seemed to have a disability, on his haircut. The joy on his face was unforgettable.
Ciera brings light and humanity to the workplace. Wawa, please recognize her she truly deserves a raise. She’s a standout employee in every way!

Not only do they lockup beer making it difficult. Now the drink cups are kept at the register to make even a cool summer fountain drink difficult for no good reason.

I like going to Wawas here in palm beach county but this one really needs to overhaul the staff I waited for almost 10mins at the cash register and when I asked the lady she yelled “hold on” and walked into the room behind the register I feel like this is a management issue and the staff requires better leadership with retraining

This Wawa is fantastic as excellent food and the service is out of this world. The employees are courteous and friendly great place to go grab a snack sit outside and eat or take it home. Your choice.

Gentlemen, don't go to that gas station because the morning employees. They are racist, they don't even help him, they are bad, everyone report it... I am better off buying at Race Trac, better treatment from the staff and quality and service and they don't discriminate against me

Today Me and my mom went to Wawa’s with my pet bird named Willow and we entered the store and they told us we couldn’t be inside the store with our pet bird and I’m like but we’ve brought in our pet bird like 1 million times before and we go every day there with our bird and now they just say we can’t bring our bird in there that’s crazy and the is a service animal and they kicked us out like we where strays dogs and they also wanted to call the police on us.
