Got my phone fixed here three weeks to the day. Today when I sat my phone down, the LCD screen partially went out. I brought it back in and they told me that it must be because I dropped it and he knew he didn’t mess with it; regardless of the fact that there was no drop history or cracks/imperfections in the external screen. He then said “well sometimes you can put it in your pocket and it’ll break” to which I said “that still does not count as a drop history”. While I was asking them what they could do (I called before hand and checked to see if they had a warranty- they do as long as it didn’t break from a FALL), they were BOTH playing video games on tablets and on personal phone calls. Didn’t even look up besides when I brought someone in to speak with them; where they then spoke with a tone of “well like I told HER” etc. He said if there was an issue it’d be a couple days, not three weeks. Fine. not pleased. They fixed the phone for market value of the screen then rudely said “well have you tried using a tempered glass screen protector?”. There was one on the phone. If you go, make sure you document EVERYTHING and bring your best patience cause you will not pay for a quality service; rather a quick and cheap job. Last time I was here, I was asked to personally ZELLE him payment. Names are Elier (playing on the laptop) and Javier Fausta (playing car racing game on iPad).

The worst . They did not fix my phone they gave it broken . They have my phone to the wrong person then I had to track with my iPad

I agree with the other reviews, they could be more professional when answering phone. They are Small shop. I had battery replaced, my phone was still showing bad battery. I went back the next day. The gentleman took it apart, swapped out the battery again. No problem. Seems hard working and honest.

Said they would fix my phone same day but took them 3 days and didn't even bother to communicate what was going on, had to be the one calling them to know what was going on. Also I believe they lied about some things because like twice I heard them contradict themselves about something they told me at first then said something else, it's probably on purpose to make money. Not a good customer service.
