I just called to ask about my battery warranty since the battery had completely died on me within 14 months of having the battery installed by them. Called the parts department at first, they talked to me and then put me on "hold". That hold lasted about one second before being hung up on. Called multiple times more, and still no answer from them. Just got hung up on multiple times, called the service department and explained that the battery had died and if it was replaceable, they told me it wasn't and I would need to buy a new one, I told them the warranty should cover it since it's only been a year. I had them double check the date and they told me it had been a year and 2 months ago, I told them the battery says 24 months of warranty with 84 limited. They then back tracked and said the battery is covered but then said they would charge me 150 dollars to just look at the battery. I told them that was stupid since that's what the battery cost at Walmart. They then back tracked again and told me it would be covered. Then they told me to schedule an appointment, which I said why can't I just come in with the battery and have it tested and replaced, they said they had to check the entire car. I said you guys already checked it and replaced the battery. They told me it doesn't work that way and that they would still need to check the entire car. I explained to them that it wasn't possible since the battery is dead. I tried to charge it and it did not charge. They told me I would have to tow in the car, I told them that wasn't logical due to it costing more than just buying the battery. They told me they still wouldn't do it. Honestly I can afford just fine, it's not like it's a problem, but Walmart will literally guarantee any of its battery and they will test the battery only in under 10 minutes and replace it. I just find that the principle about how this was handled was scummy. The only reason I called them was because my grandfather had the car tested here cause he was worried that the car killed the battery. They told him it was fine and guaranteed him the battery wouldn't fail but it did.But anyways these are the things that give dealers bad reputation. I'm not saying that they would ruin your car, I'm just saying don't buy a battery from them.Too long didn't read : they tried to scam me multiple times to charge me over the price of a battery when it should be covered by warranty. Be local, go to any store like home Depot or Walmart and just buy a battery.

This should have been my first stop. So my car broke down I hired a mechanic to look at it and he gave me the runaround causing me to be in the hole by $1,000.00 usd. Took it to the Nissan Dealer they fixed my car and gave me a ride home as they worked on it. Very friendly staff and helpful. Go see Diana Jimenez she is the best.

We purchased the extended warranty along with a new rogue in 2019Over a week ago we brought it in for service. Several days later and two emails later the service manager named Loverly, claimed that he was waiting for the insurance to approve the repairs. Although I asked to know what was wrong with my car he never responded. I suspect he had no clue. After several unanswered emails and phone calls even to their service director Rudi, we have no return calls or updates. After my car sitting in their dealership for a more than a week we called the insurance company only to find out that the approval was issued last week and that they had been trying to contact the dealership with no response. Upon receipt of this information we called and attempted to speak to the service director who has also failed to respond. Tomorrow I am going in person to get a response. The lies and failures have caused me problems as I need a car for my daily responsibilities. They could not care less.Don't go there for service and don't bother buying a car from them expecting them to stand behind their promises. REALITY CHECK!!

On May 13th, 2023, we purchased a used 2022 Nissan Kicks from Hgreg Nissan in Kendall for my daughter, who is starting college. HGreg Nissan told us the car had been in a front-end accident but did not disclose it had been in a rear-end accident. CARFAX said it had been in no accidents. We have the CARFAX report. On May 23rd, the check engine light came on. We took it to the Naples Nissan in our city and discovered the fuel line had been spliced with RAD.Fumes and gas were leaking from the line. Naples Nissan said the car was in their Nissan national database. The previous owner had taken the vehicle to a Nissan dealership in Ohio, complaining of gas leaking. He declined to have the line repaired due to the cost and was going to put it through insurance. It appears he went to another mechanic who jerry-rigged it. The car was then repossessed and sold at auction. HGreg Nissan had to have known about this fuel line since they had access to the same database and told us they had checked out the vehicle. We drove the car from Miami to Naples, not knowing the line was leaking and extremely dangerous. I have pictures of the spliced fuel line Naples Nissan gave us. It cost us $863 to have it replaced. HGreg could have done this before selling the car. I texted the sales manager, Erik Martinez, whom we used, and told him they let us leave their lot in a dangerous vehicle, and they knew it. I said at minimum HGreg should reimburse me the cost of the new fuel line. He said he had to talk to his manager. I texted him two days later, and he never replied. It is borderline criminal to let my wife and daughter leave their lot with a car that our local dealership said was extremely dangerous. I also have the printout from the Nissan database our dealership gave us, which shows the original fuel line problem. I have also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office.
