I went in to replace equipment and luckily it was not crowded. Wait time was less than 15 mins. I had previously spoken with 3 other agents regarding my bill increasing every time they had to supposedly “redo” my contract for equipment exchange, but each time the bill increased!! In short, asked Ellie about it and explained my concerns. She thoroughly explained my billing and provided 2 options that would decrease the ridiculous monthly costs! Ellie helped reduce my bill drastically ~ close to $60. If you have to go in, I hope you have the pleasure in working with Ellie!!!!!

Have been to this store several times and normally if i have to return equipment, the person in the front desk scans my equipment and provides me a receipt. It seems now you have to get on a waiting list to return your equipment. Very unfortunate.

Worst customer service ever. The entire greeting team needs to be Fired! Including the assistant manager. Corporate office should look into the failures at this store with regard to Customer Service. What’s the purpose of checking in if they completely overlook customers in line. Completely disatisfactory

Not this exact store location, but one more south near Cutler Bay area. Think it might be closed now. But around 2018 I closed my isp service and returned my equipment, because I moved out of state. Fast forward to 2023 I’m living in Las Vegas, and I get a notice from a collection agency that I have unpaid service PAST THE DATE I lived there. Since I saved my receipt and have it on file with my credit card still, as well as saved my email correspondence. I was able to clear my name and prove my claim. Beware of this company’s scam, it’s something they’re apparently known to do to people to squeeze extra money from old customers. SAVE ALL your receipts and correspondence in case they do this to you!

COMCAST $275.00 per month for my cable and internet. DIRECT TV $208.00 per month for similar service. TERRIBLE STORE. Pathetic manager. I am a74 year old man with PTSD Assulted by young disrespectful employees.Lucky I didn'tpress charges. Will never go back to this store. YOU JUST LOST A 40 YEAR CUSOMER because of this stores actions. Switched to Direct TV.and internet.Paying $209.00 vs $275.00 at comcast for similar service. Direct TV is now cable. NO DISH NEEDED. Xfinity needs lessons on customer service. Total ripoff. Look at all your Pathetic reviews. ATT locks in price for 2 years. Xfinity raises prices constantly...

M not leaving this review for this store. I tried to find just a review for Xfinity itself and had no where to leave it. So to be clear!!!! Not this store. Just Xfinity is getting the one star!They’re LIARS! The man I spoke to who convinced me to switch all my 3 lines told me I’d get a $200 gift card for each line. Lies!!! I only got one. So, they get you and then don’t provide what helped make you transfer to them in the first place. Absolutely horrible practice of customer service. It’s a shame that they would do such a thing but here we are.

The sales people talk a good game, but once a customer, they give you a hard time. I'm not having the best experience with this company, I am being overcharged at the moment, nobody can seem to help with my account, was promised a special rate and then get charged regular price. I feel taken advantage of. Please be careful coming to this company

When an employee says we will provide credit “activation fee waiver” at this location DO NOT believe them! It is better to deal with an on service for your needs. Someone came into the store very upset about an issue and was able to skip the waiting line of 4 other individuals. Poor customer experience, and very rude greeter. 2 stars only given

I walked in about 30 mins before close and they welcomed me in and had me out by 7 PM. My representative, Eli, was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Will recommend her and this location to others.

Long wait to be served. They deceived me regarding my bill payment, they charged my card for an amount that I did not authorize, and I had to return to try to solve the problem. They did not give me the money back, and I went to the bank to report an unauthorized charge by xfinity. I do not recommend having xfinity.
