This store is organized with variety. I always find good clothing . Their prices have gone up but I wouldn't mind if it is worth it. If there's is anything that would take a star from this review are the personnel. One time I was in the fitting room, the sales lady took my cart & when asked she responded in Spanish with an attitude. Half an hour's time of selection wasted & blamed me for leaving my cart. They don't allow taking the cart inside the fitting room & I pointed that but since we have a language barrier . She was upset at me As I was . I reported to it to the manager who apologized explaining she was new. Yes new to treating customers properly.

I was so busy shopping that I forgot to take pictures of the inside. I got so much good stuff here. It's one of the best Goodwill I have been to in a while.

If I can give this location zero I would. I have been going to goodwill for several years. The last time I went to donate, I encounter such a rude and disrespectful employee. Brand new pillows and sheets that were in the original packaging she refused to take. I pulled over into a parking space so I can observe and she took another person's stuff that wasn't in good condition. Pillows and bedspreads that was not In good condition. She then looked up to see me looking at her. I should have exposed her on Facebook so others can see her action but karma is a *itch. I would hate to think that this person was racist but we do live in south Florida. Stay far away from this location.

Goodwill was founded in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverend Edgar J. Helms. He took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. They are also keeping millions of pounds of items out of landfills every year. This is a very large Goodwill Store on Dixie Hwy. in Palmetto Bay in south Miami. What stood out to me about this store was the incredible level of organization it had. It looked like the Home Edit ladies got their hands on it. I didn't have high hopes when entering because the door was disgustingly dirty but once I stepped inside I was impressed. All of the clothes were grouped by color, shoes were perfectly lined up, everything was by size, type, and in it's place. Most Goodwill's are organized but this was next level. It made me want to go home and tidy up my own closet. I do enjoy exploring a Goodwill but now that I have discovered the pay by pound outlets I tend to prefer the thrill of the hunt there. Still if you are in the area, this is a good store to stop in if for no other reason than organization inspiration.

My go to goodwill, barely any men's clothing but lots of women's! Super clean and organized
