“I was a little hesitant as I read the prior reviews and saw there were issues but it’s close to where I live and there’s always two sides to each story so I decided to give it a shot. When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought in my duvet cover that I had stained with wine and my husband’s work suit. They told me turnaround time was 3 days I came in on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday today. It was like brand new and I was really happy with the price. The staff was quick to answer my questions and very professional. I highly recommend.”
“I’ve been going to Mr Jeff for years and while it’s only a few more blocks of a walk, there are other options, but I’m glad I’ve stuck with them. They always greet you with a smile, remember your name, etc. Most recently I had requested a rush tailoring request that understandably was a close call as it were and the door dasher accidentally delivered the item to the store instead of my home, and Hideto was kind enough to deliver it to my door himself so I could have for my event. Thank you!”

“As promised, I am editing my initial review to reflect the final outcome of the Girl Scout regalia issue.
Initially, a pretty big mistake was made. Since these things are sent out to a central location, the incident did not happen on site. However, the owner owned the mistake, apologized, and corrected the mistake in time for graduation.
We are happy with the outcome. I am giving 5 stars now because the customer service was exceptional, they were accountable, and corrected the problem quickly.”

“This little gem. I have lived in Perrine/Culter Bay area for over 20 years and never saw this place until my new route to work had me go straight thru it. So when my washer broke at home I decided to give them a try. The place super clean. The lady working there super friendly. Help me get my card and off a went to clean my and my dogs clothing. They have a lot of washers, different sizeand wall to wall dryers. Plenty of public parking. Their sign says 24 hours however I was informed since covid their last wash is at 11 pm which is still great. They are located behind a strip mall right on 184th street and U S.1. I will definitely be going back. I was in and out in 2 hours after 5 loads of washing and drying.”
“I use this laundromat for oversized comforters or when my washing machine needs repairs. It is clean. I’m not sure if they’re open times are true to what’s advertised, since sign and web page says opens at 7 am and that’s not accurate.”
