“Working with julio was refreshing. When I first met Julio, I did not qualify for a mortgage but he gave me the steps I needed to take in order to ensure I would meet or exceed the requirement. He would check on me from time to time throughout my pre-qualifications. After I qualified, he talked me thru step by step advising me on what to expect.
