I recently decided to shop around for auto insurance. I was not happy with my current carrier. I was contacted by Danna Irias Cooper with this agency and thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. She provided multiple quotes with various levels of coverage and was not pushy but very patient. Their rate may have not been the lowest but I chose SF because of how she treated me and I felt inclined to do business with an agent right in my own community. When I went in to sign up, she had all the paperwork ready and made it very easy to sign up and pay by various means. I’m very satisfied and hope to do more business with them again. Thanks State Farm!

Exceptional Customer Service doesn't even properly describe the experience I've had with this Agency. I've never been put on hold. Each time I call, every person that answers the phone can answer my questions/concerns immediately. I never have to wait for someone else to call me back. If I have ever requested to speak to Mr. Steve Myers, I get him immediately. I love their availability and attention given to their clients. Very knowledgeable staff, and always a pleasure to deal with. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Steve Meyers agency is the best! I’ve been with them over 20 years, and can tell you for a fact, you’ll be treated like family. They take time to listen, provide information, and do a first class job! Today, Mackenzie was amazing, but Raquel, Stephanie and the rest of the agents are great, too! Steve Meyers makes himself accessible to his clients, especially for more complicated issues. If you go, you’re in for a treat and a “premium” insurance experience, pun intended!

10/10 , & excellent customer service ! Lesly Garcia helped me out with my car insurance, life insurance. Also got my family on life insurance policies , switched my other vehicle's over to State Farm for a better rate. Has updated me with all information ! Helped me out with my home owners! She is literally the best & so sweet.

State Farm representatives have been incredibly helpful and supportive over the past three years (I have had car, house, and renter’s insurance through them). Approximately a year and a half ago, my husband sadly and quickly passed away at the age of 55. He and I had used a different insurance company for our house insurance (for the past 30+ years), and as I navigated through the transition to widowhood, I unknowingly lapsed in payments, and that insurance company “dropped” me (I felt very unsupported by the local rep). Beside myself, I called State Farm, and not only were the representatives patient with me, but they were kind and empathetic. A week ago, I finally sold the house, and again the reps patiently walked me through the steps of cancellation, calling me after the closing. Finally, because my daughter lives and rents in Florida, I use State Farm there as well. When changes occurred due to the selling of my house in Vermont, a rep called me to “check in” because my address had changed. The fact that State Farm has continuously performed “above and beyond” has proven their authenticity, and I recommend their services as much as possible. I am very thankful.
