“I am new to Miami and found this clinic by searching online and seeing their positive reviews, and I have to say, they certainly live up to their praise. My cat needed medical care and the whole process was amazing from begining to end. All the stuff are exceptional, but especially Carla at the front desk. She had a kind smile and demostrated care and empathy, putting me at ease when I was anxious and things seened so dire, keeping me informed every step of the way. The wait was minimal, the place is immaculate, they are bilingual, and treated my pet like royalty. Dr. Palacios is who took good care of my cat and thanks to him, she is recovering well from surgery and in no more pain. He personally spoke to me and provided me with all the feedback I needed to leave feeling at peace. It is no wonder they have been voted twice, The Best in Florida, by Florida Guide, both in 2025 and 2026, because this team knows how to go above and beyond. Thank you, I am truly grateful for this team!”
“Very friendly staff greeting you as soon as you arrive. Hardly any waiting to be seen. They make sure that all pets feel welcome and safe and loved. The service is professional and thorough.”

“Brought in my senior female cat, Candy for not peeing and large hard bladder despite her unusual case, the staff does their best to accommodate despite their large volume and busy schedule. Dr. Jennifer offers a variety of options, alternatives, and resources… especially for budgeting concerns. I believe that my cat and future pets are in good hands here.”
“Bunch of incredibly kind professionals here — brought my recently adopted street cat for his first general health check here and they voided the consultation cost because he was a stray; they also correctly prescribed him a corticosteroid for his skin condition on the first try. All the folk that work here are very evidently passionate about animal care and are very sweet when handling pets. Their pricing is also very reasonable and their annual feline/canine memberships really do make financial sense if you’re going to be taking your pet in regularly for care as one should.”
“Dr Soto spent a lot of time with Charles who has a very complicated infection. He is very kind and gave many options and discussed in detail his treatment plan. Really appreciate his efforts with Charles!!!”
“They are on the pricier side but I keep coming back (from really far away) because they have the best Vet on this planet, Dr. Ranset Diez. Most loving, most compassionate and most knowledgeable DVM I have met and experienced in my pet owner life. The front desk staff is great also, but the Oscar goes to Dr. Diez.”
“They took very good care of my dog even when he was anxious. They updated me every step of the way of the dental cleaning and provided an affordable option for an echocardiogram. Very kind people working there”
“Jackie was very Impress with the care she received on Saturday. Jackie is not doing well with meeting new humans but she fall in love with a doctor and her assistant! Definitely recommend DOLLYS animal clinic to all humans with they baby’s ! Thank you .”
“I will be forever grateful to Dr. Cotelo for saving my sweet Rubi’s life. Rubi was unable to walk after a severe hip dysplasia crisis and later developed a serious respiratory complication and a large amount of mucus. We were terrified we might lose her.
Thanks to Dr. Cotelo’s knowledge, dedication, compassion, and extraordinary care, my Rubi is alive and walking again. Thank God for placing Rubi in his hands. There are no words to express how deeply grateful we are.”
“Staff and Dr.Cuevas go above and beyond for all my pets. To the point I drove 4 hours just to take my new puppy there. Knowledgeable, good with the animals and patient”
“Dr. Diaz and Dr. Acevedo, thank you for caring for Milo Rose as if she were your own. You truly are the best duo in town. I'm so grateful that you always take the time, not only to do exceptional work, but to speak from the heart while explaining your thinking. It means the world to us, and it makes all the difference, especially before I leave town.”

“We’ve been bringing our pets here for some time and trust them to provide the best care. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the service and feel confident leaving our pets in their hands. The only concern is that the initial quote we receive often ends up being 30% or more higher at checkout because something was not included in the original estimate. It would be helpful if all services and charges could be clearly included in the initial quote to avoid unexpected costs.”

“Dr. Maria is truly an exceptional veterinarian, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is a remarkable combination of professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and genuine integrity.
What makes Dr. Maria so special is her incredible love for animals. She treats every pet as if they were her own, with patience, tenderness, and sincere concern for their well-being. You can truly feel that her work comes from the heart.
She takes the time to listen, carefully evaluate each situation, explain everything in detail, and make sure you understand the diagnosis and treatment options. I always feel that my pet is in the hands of someone who genuinely cares and will always do what is best for the animal.
Her dedication, honesty, professionalism, and compassion are truly exceptional. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Maria as my pet’s veterinarian and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who combines outstanding medical care with genuine love and respect for animals.
Thank you, Dr. Maria, for everything you do and for treating our beloved pets with so much love and care. ❤🐾”
“What an amazing place. A real gem. The clinic itself was clean, and modern, plenty of parking. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Gomez was kind and gentle despite the bad news we received about our beloved cat Topaz. The pricing was shockingly reasonable. Very satisfied and this will become our place to bring our pets.”
“I don't remember the names of the young guy that took care of my dog more the lady doctor. They were pleasant, made sure I was comfortable, asked many times if I had concerns about my dog, was very communicative. The doctor was also good.”

“I was able to get an appointment for my furry baby right away. The staff at the front was very courteous and thoughtful. We were taken into sn exam room almost immediately. The vet tech came in and was very friendly and also very thorough in her questions.
The vet was excellent too! She was very easy to talk to, she was very clear in her explanations, she sensed my dog’s nervousness so she got down on the floor to examine him. The next day she called me and spent a long time on the phone explaining his test results and addressing our concerns.
We have been going to Dixie for over 20 years and in our opinion they are the best veterinary team in Miami!
Highly recommend them.”
