This is possibly the best run 711 in this area. Manager is great as are the employees. I would like to give a particular shout out to Trinity who works the overnight shift 3-4 evenings each week. 10pm until 6am. Most days she does not leave until 6:30am or later. Trinity is non stop. I am a night owl so I witness this in person. Trinity would make a excellent assistant manager. If you are in the area, late at night, stop in and say hello to Trinity 💯👍

I gave the 'manager' a pass but now I am retracting that statement about her. I will call 711 corporate and discuss a possible ADA violation by her. Her name escapes me at the moment. She works the day shift starting at 6am most days. I will make the call to corporate first thing in the morning.

Pumps are always slow with no pressure. Standing here for 10min and still not done after 10min writing this review with only 1 other car pumping gas. This station is always slow and should be avoided. There is nothing good about this station.

Every single time I stop by here, it's because I'm in a hurry want to grab some food and go. 95% of the time there's nothing hot to eat. I've been told they'll make anything I want, but I want to grab some wings or hot dog and get back on the road, I don't have time to sit and wait for the attendant to realize I need something and then make it. Not very convenient for a convenience store

Car wash took my money ($12.00) , I didn't get a was only blue and pink bubbles no rinse. Then as I try to call the store for assistance the phone number on Google has not been updated... I need my money back

This store is always good. It's awesome they keep it clean with good prices and even better deals if u join in on that exclusive membership they got! Plus The 7-eleven app is so beneficial, it says to me that convenience is not a thing of the past. It seems like they appreciate the quality and provide it with service

This review is about the car wash only. The least expensive car wash used to be $6, now it's up to $8 and it seems to be a shorter wash time too. Also, the timer for drying your vehicle has been out of order for quite some time. Just washed car yesterday and the inside of the car wash just looks real shabby and it used to be nice and clean looking. Also wasn't real thrilled with the way the car came out this time. The ink in the receipt printer needs to be replaced. You would think that with the increase in price, they can at the very least fix the drying timer but overall, service is not what it used to be and all this at a higher price.

My instore experience is always amazing but as for the 7-now with delivery my wife ordered it $43 plus the time for the delivery passed my wife called the store asked if the could put 2cups of ice with the order and if they knew when it would be delivered she was told to just come pick the order up and when she stated we couldn’t hence the option of delivery our order was then canceled she called back was hung up on then no one picked up the phone when she attempted to call back again and we wasted so much time with this we lost the ability to order from anywhere else if I’m being charged a convince fee and a delivery fee then can’t even am told to come pick my order up in person while still being charged said fees something is wrong if you can not fulfill what the 7-11 app is promising then have them remove you from the option of delivery. Not what I expected of this store as I had considered this the best 7-11 in the area for customer service from my instore visits truly let down myself and my family as this was our dinner being ordered and now having wasted time have to find somewhere else to be able to order food past 10pm so my kids aren’t eating dinner at midnight originally ordered food around 9pm
