They're seriously understaffed, Melinda the so-called manager has zero customer service she's rude and apparently she does not to run the business, for its size you would think you were in the Walmart line in there. If you do decide to go to this place and see Melinda turn the other way. The rest of the people there try to help youNever had a bad experience except for her. To be honest it makes it really odd and awkward for me I'm a speed perks user, when I see Melinda and I do not come in anymore.Sad that I have to compromise my time to go out of my way.I went to the store the other day at 9 a.m. it was Sunday. Melinda open the door I was the second person in but the first one to the counter. Emilio she sat down and when I came to the counter she said hold on a minute and I did and I held on 4 more minutes then more .At this point in time I proceeded to tell her about for customer service the fact that everybody has to wait in line when she's there the fact that she's not helping me she's just on the computer doing what she should have done before she opened the store.So I decided to leave, as soon as I walked away she said can I help you to the next person.So again she has no customer service she's not friendly she's not want to help anybody.

My son and I went to your Palmetto store yesterday, and had excellent service from your employee Jon! He was very helpful, knowledgeable patient and gave great customer service. It was almost closing time and he took care of us with a kind smile. We were very appreciative to him helping us getting a battery installed in my sons car. Thank you Jon‼️

I went in for windshield wipers, used the qr code to look for the one's I needed... the wipers I wanted said "See store associate" so, I go up to the front to see an associate, the young lady proceeded to insult me saying "you're really bugging" and then was judging my wiper selection saying "these are so expensive you sure you want to buy these?". I will never shop at this store again, nothing but rude and unprofessional employees here.

Went in to have a battery checked. Guy says it’s dead so drop it off. I drop it off at lunch at comeback at almost 9pm like the guy said so it would have plenty time. Mind the battery is only at 11.3 volts at drop off. Come back and I get the run around and the battery hasn’t been charged. Borrowed a charger and 30 minutes later my battery was done. Completely incompetent and really nasty attitude Melinda. I hope your supervisor talks to you about swearing at customers.

First of all customer service is the worst when you come inside you have to wait at the counter because the associates come to greet you when they feel like it and then the hospitality and the eagerness to help the customer is just not there , why are you even open ?.

I enjoy just looking around the store and staff is very accommodating and understanding when you tell them "I need that thing that goes....." Because I haven't a clue what it's called.

the outside sign says "free alternator testing" but neither the employees or the employees manager knows how to use it. maybe someone should train their employees and MANAGERS before putting them on a shift. on my way to auto zone. don't waste your time.

It is very unprofessional to put someone on hold without giving an opportunity for the customer to speak. I had a simple question if they accepted Apple Pay. Called the store 4xs trying to get a word in when automatically I was placed on hold. Came in to the store to speak with the manager and voiced my concerns, the manager got very defensive and would not listen to me. The customer should be able to speak and be listened to, it is just courteous and professional to do so. Thank you to the manager Anthony thumbs down for not having either of those things. After all, he couldn’t say if they did or not accept Apple Pay.
