Brad is a rock star. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The first time I was in your store I had just moved to Florida and needed furniture in a bad way. He said they were booked up the next day but would try. The furniture I needed was there the next Morning. Awesome. This time o was looking for a freezer. And again Brad was able to find one at another store. He knew who to talk to at the other store and was able to get it shipped to Brads store to be delivered. ASAP.Thank you Brad. For coming thru again. It’s people like him that will keep me coming back.

Joe and Dora were great. We bought bedroom set and a couch and they both went above and beyond to help us at time of purchase.However we are still waiting on Sleeper Sofa Trevor. I am paying interest on a purchase that I haven't even received. It's been over 2 weeks

If you are going to buy something, never NEVER put a guarantee on it. I paid for a guarantee and I called, I had to go to the store and from there they gave me an insurance number and they never entered my information into the insurance and why do they wash their hands saying that they can't do anything terrible service
