In the past we relied on calling Amerigas when we thought we needed gas. Well one time we emptied the tank. Since then we now rely on their time frame for a needed delivery. Now each time they deliver the tank has been about 1/3 full and we are not in danger of running out.

The delivery was fine, relatively fast. The ordering, which is supposed to be enhanced and seemless online is anything but. You forced us to change to your new system with auto CC pay (which was the way the old system worked, btw,) and then outsourced your entire customer engagement. Are you trying to go out of business? After minutes of waiting watching the log-in wheel spin, you get to your order and it automatically charges a leak test when it is not required. This forces you to call and talk with someone across the globe to fix the problem. Sat on hold for a very long time only to speak with someone who's grasp of the English language was poor to say the least. I was frustrated enough to consider canceling my account and going with a local company. For a near $200 tank rental fee per year, this process should be perfect. All I wanted was a tank fill, should be two buttons on a app, done in 15 seconds. Recommend making a change at CIO or you will be out of business by this time next year.

Spent the last two days listening to my wife on the phone with these idiots. They supposedly take ACH, which she set up... but when you go to place an order it only wants a credit card, which they charge 3% extra for. And if you call to place an order, they charge you for that, and their online order system won't work with ACH. And the phone people can only take a credit card with a 3% fee, and a phone fee... They advertise a price, and then either tack an endless number of fees on it, or can't accept the payment methods that they say they'll take which don't have a fee. She repeatedly had to tell the idiot on the phone what ACH even was...

We were surprised with an over charge of Tank Certification after we were told this was a no charge service. Then we were expected to pay the tax after the $300 charge was reversed. What in the world is going on ?

I have been dealing with your "Service" department for over a month...7 separate calls/service reps of witch 2 were supervisors a.....case number.....a re-bill ticket number with absolutely no progress. you people deserve zero stars.Your customer service reps must get a bonus for saying: "I apologize for the inconvenience"

I liked that a real person answered the phone and listened to me. I also liked the speed of the delivery. Lastly, the delivery people are always personable and professional.
