I would not recommend this insurance business. I called asking for a quote on a Monday and had to wait nearly a week (after calling twice) to get a quote. Although, the agent had been out sick, she never reached out to me when she got back in the office. When I called back I was told that I was e-mailed a quote that day but I did not receive it in my e-mail. When I asked for the quote over the phone, Shannon said she couldn't give me a quote for the house since she couldn't find a company to insure it and she was unable to give me a quote on one of my vehicles since she did not have all the information she needed. If this agency wanted to earn my business they could have called me to tell me they were unable to get house insurance for me and that the needed more information on my vehicle. Very disappointing experience.
