Came in to return a serpentine belt my elderly dad bought for my car, although I've told him I don't own the car anymore. I was assisted by a short chubby Hispanic gray shirt manager, Robert might have been his name as another store told me. Not sure if it was a shift manager or store manager I didn't look at the name tag. I explained him the situation on how my dad bought the belt and I didn't have the receipt. He he couldn't help me and that I needed the receipt and the card I used. I told him again I didn't buy it and I would take store credit because I had other things ti purchase as well. He kept saying the same thing. He even said, hey it's it my rules. Seems like it is because I've returned things to autozone, like many others, without a receipt and they would look up the phone number if it had warranty or ask me for my ID for store credit. He didn't do any of that. I had to go to another store and they assisted me very well. Looks like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store. As other reviewers mentioned poor customer service. Will not return here again. District manager will hear about this.

Will never return here after they installed my car battery backwards.. refused to pay for a rental, left me with no car on Easter. Yes they refunded the amount I had to spend at the dealer to fix, but it was just crazy how they couldn’t pay for a rental or at least refund me for the cost of the battery.

Employee told me I could make a return at any autozone, so I came in and manager told me I can’t. he had a sassy feminine attitude, getting rude with customers while he could be training employees is low quality.

Stephen, the store manager was very helpful. I was thinking I was going to have to do a whole exchange but Stephen made everything work out perfectly. With the weather changing I had to update my wipers, what would have taken me a long time, Stephen did it under 3 minutes! Very helpful and nice. Thanks Stephen!

We were leaving another store in the AutoZone Plaza when our battery died. Thankfully we were near AutoZone!! Stephen gave us great customer service and came out and changed the battery for us!! We could not be more grateful! Strongly recommend!!

Kudos to Mike S. @ AutoZone/Palmetto for superior Customer Service!He helped me find the correct adaptor for my Bosch wiper blades and then changed both sets out for me in the parking lot. Friendly and knowledgeable.Above and Beyond!!!
