i couldn't be happier with the service i received from the moment i dropped off my vehicle , my service advisor maria keep me update every step of the way , the repair work was done flawlessly , they paid attention to every detail and the paint match perfect , on top of that everyone was friendly and professional i highly recommend them for anyone needing quality vehicle repairs.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had with your company. On June 12, I received service at your location for repairs on my vehicle. However, today I received multiple back-to-back phone calls—five in total—from a representative named Maria.
When I finally answered, I was informed in an aggressive and inappropriate manner that I had not paid my $500 deductible. It is now a month later and I receive a call I didn’t paid my deductible well how did your company release my vehicle I found this approach to be unprofessional and harassing. I would never knowingly avoid payment for a service I received, and I believe this situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and courtesy.
I respectfully request that this matter be escalated to the corporate office for review. This type of customer interaction is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed accordingly.

‘s TIME WAISTED. When I went to them I had been PUT OFF by the Man that hit my car insurance…
I had gone to caliber years before when my husband was alive and I wasn’t retired and they did a wonderful job too. The insurance of the other man had hit me TOLD ME that they did not deal with Caliber ( which was UNTRUE ) and I should send my own 8 pictures to give it to their adjusters. As soon as arrived to Caliber, I was greeted by Jessica the receptionist who is a wonderful person, sweet and thoughtful and makes sure your day goes smooth. Then Corey came out and went to the car with me and inspected. It took pictures and said that they definitely had dealt before the caliber and they would forward the pictures to them to see if they want to them to provide a free estimate. Within a few minutes they had an answer from the insurance and they were willing to work with him. Corey told me to come go home and he will be calling with the next appointment available, which was the following Tuesday two days away so they could start working on the car right away
On Tuesday, they took my keys and procedure to check in the car and called Enterprise to rent me a 🚘. They have not received the paperwork from the insurance either so I proceeded to call them and text and emailed the insurance adjuster. Enterprise ended up sending someone to pick me up because they had not received the paperwork but they figure out they could be worked out the moment I walked in the enterprise manager told me that he they took more than 10 minutes. He would be willing to rent me the car and then transfer to the insurance so that I could take care of my problem which I did.
Corey call back and said that they might be able to get the car ready by Friday because they had to order a part and I proceeded to inform the enterprise people.
On Thursday, Cory called and said that I got the part and they could have the car ready by the end of the day, but I had things to do for the rest of the day so I wasn’t able to pick it up until today Friday. The car was perfect. Everything was on time. They were courteous as ever and I decided that they deserved a good review because they were very dedicated making things work for people And here are pictures of the two wonderful employees, Jessica and Corey from Caliber Collision in Palmetto.☺️❤️😊❤️

Super pleased eith service. I brought my car here as a walk in with minor cosmetic issue and they took me in on the spot for no charge. I highly recommend caliber collision dor any needs. My family has taking their cars here in the past aswell also had outstanding service

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kept me up-to-date with texts and answered all my questions on a timely manner. They were so gracious to drive my car 35 minutes to my house when the work was completed, as my insurance company dropped the ball on my rental!

Maria was my service agent and she was great! The whole process from start to finish was smooth and I appreciated all the text updates along the way. My car looks great and was CLEAN! This place is great! They did and excellent job in my car. The rental was there waiting for me when I took my car in. During the process Maria answered all my questions when I asked to paint job that wasn't included in the insurance. My car was so clean when I got and Maria explained to me how to take care of the painting. Maria is very knowledgeable of her job and has excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this place!
